I live six hours away from the location. I heard a noise in my truck on the way to Philadelphia but I couldn't find a garage that could get me in same day. I knew the next day I would be in Intercourse Pennsylvania so I called their shop. They got me in before business hours to not get backed up on their current customers. They found no major safety issues. I am so happy there are businesses today that care about people and their families safety. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and this will be my repair shop whenever I am in the area. Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Took my 2009 Ford Fusion there a few months for inspection and was told it would need around $3000 in work to inspect. Left it sit a few months deciding what to do with it and decided to try another mechanic. There it took only a $200 dollar repair and they said they couldn’t find 3k or work to do in it if they tried. They also did an oil change on my newer car which went fine, but would strongly recommend a second opinion for any repair work. Service: Vehicle Inspection

I will never again take my car to Ken at prime time auto repair! I took my car there to get some work done and was quoted $350. And was told it will be done in two days. Well long story short it ended up being over $1000 and I didn’t get my car back for 5 days! Kens excuse was that his tech called off ok I understood that. However when he called not once did he mention more work needing to be done. I was never told my bill went up to a little over $1000 dollars. When I went in to pick up my car 5 days later ken said he could not get ahold of me so made the decision to do the work and if I had an issue with the price he would let me make payments on it. I was so furious! I did pay what I could and then took my car and made payments. But I would never recommend taking your vehicle there Ken is a scam shop he’s very unprofessional and has no idea how to run a business.

Very impressed with customer service and the work done, price was 1/3 of what another local competitor wanted to charge, not to mention very honest guys.. which is what is so hard to find in a mechanic shop these days. Definitely will be coming back here the next time I need anything done on my car.

Always seems like they find additional problems. A simple repair is never simple here. To be fair my cars overall condition may be to blame but every repair has ended up costing 2-3 times more than the original estimate. My worst experience here was taking my car in after hitting a curb. An arm was bent along with slight damage to the rim. He all but forced me to buy an expensive new rim. When I said no that I'll take care of it he refused to let the car leave the shop and insisted the rim was totaled and could not be driven. Well I PAYED them to put the spare on just so I could get my car back. Took the rim to a local tire shop where they repaired the "totaled" rim for only $15 smh

Location is great because it's local. Best place to take your care if you want to know everything that can be repaired on your car. My oil change + repairs was $109.02 and then a few weeks later for inspection $540.29. While I like to support local and I understand cars need maintenance I wasn't quite anticipating this much to keep my car on the roads.
