just trying to get a simple oil change and wait. Made an appointment online for first thing Saturday morning. Got there and they said well, unfortunately the system doesn’t know what appointments we have so we can get you in but it’s going to be four hours. I put the appointment in weeks ago. Sorry, no I don’t want to wait four hours for an oil change. There were only two people in the waiting area. This seems to be a common theme reading the other reviews. Maybe stop taking online appointments if you aren’t going to honor them. Please value people’s time. I got up early on my day off and wasted a trip.. Update - I got a confirmation email that my appointment was confirmed, 7 hours after the appointment!

They went above and beyond to help me when we found out that my Honda dealership never gave me the key to get my locked lug nuts off. Got the tire changed!

Horrible customer service. Doesn’t take 8 hrs to do an oil change. Man at the desk eating and rude. If their was a no star that’s how it would be rated

I see someone reviewed this place as ripping off people without doing any service. That just plain doesn't make any sense. This place is honest about when they can see you and blunt about wait times. Ask for Mike. Or Ken. These guys notice your name and address you accordingly. SOP or not, not all places do that. It makes a difference. And the service was great. I'm not even from here, I was just passing through and needed some work done. They knew that from my plate. Didn't matter. I was treated like a local. You should go there.

Showed up at 8:30am to get a state inspection guy at counter told me wouldn’t be done till after 5pm this place did the same thing with my tires after making an appointment they really need new management and get the customer in and out too slow and turning service away took my car down the street to mavis to get my stuff done!!!! All done within the hour

I have never written a review on any service before but, I have to write it today. I was there to change a catalytic converter. After 1-hour firestone call me and give me a price of $1500.83. I declined service and went there to pick up a car. That front desk man told me to pay $99.99. They Didn't do anything. Before I go to FIRESTONE, I take my car to AUTO ZONE to diagnostic my engine light. The AUTOZONE DIAGNOSTIC code is P0420 Catalyst system efficiency below threshold (Bank 1). He also told me that I am trying to SCAM him. He also throw my key and told me never to come back here again. I was a Firestone customer for over 10 years. Today the Front desk man made a huge mistake. What a Rude, ignorant person he is. I am not satisfied with customer service. BE CAREFUL CUSTOMERS.

I made an appointment to get an inspection and was asked to drop it off first thing in the morning. I did so and waited all day without hearing a word. After 9 hours with my car, I called to ask for an update. The person who answered seemed annoyed, and said they hadn't touched it yet. There were still other cars before mine. Finally after a little over 10 hours, they finally got it done. There was no apology for the delay, only excuses. The service was beyond pitiful.

Amazing how far down hill this place went in the last year. Picked up my truck and they left a lug nut off… the last 3 times I had a car there they did not call me when it was finished I had to go in and check. They charged 80 dollars to balance 4 tires… save yourself the headache. Their new manager could care less about customers and it shows.

The men who worked at this location were very nice. I had called beforehand, because I tried to make an appointment online, but the form did not give me the option to choose my car make-Hyundai- so I decided to call and make one instead. The technician who answered had great customer service and said I could just stop by without an appointment. The auto care center was easy to get to, easy to park, the building was clean and had good signage. It is in a shopping center with a lot of stores in case you want to run errands while you wait. The man who checked in my car told me the wait would be an hour and a half for the oil change, but I didn't mind, because I wasn't in a rush, and I went to the Michaels next door and perused. I arrived at 11:30 in the morning on a Friday with no appointment, so I considered the wait time pretty reasonable considering how many cars can be booked into an auto center before that time. The car was finished exactly at the time frame they specified and not a minute later. I asked for some more air in my tires since I was going to drive to New Jersey and the technician who did that was very personable. We had a good chat and his fellow mechanic also seemed to be pleasant and enjoying his job. He celebrated when he solved a problem on the car he was working on. Based on my experience, I recommend this place and the people in it and I will be more likely now to try out a Firestone in my new town.

Called to make an appointment to get inspection. Waited the 2 weeks brought it in before you opened called me at 5pm saying you couldn't get to it. Didn't call until the afternoon the next day that it was ready. Not one thing wrong with it. What's the point of making appointments if don't honor it. My biggest complaint is when I came today to get it MY TRUCK WAS UNLOCKED. When I went in to pay and get my keys (Tommy ) couldn't have cared less. Through out the most pathetic sorry and proceeded to try and check me out like it was nothing. Your complete uncaring of customer service over the last year has completely turned me off from your business. 12.5 years I've been coming to you since I moved out here. I'm done. The work is good for the most part but why would I continue to use a place that couldn't care less about my business
