I stopped here a day and realized I didn't have my debit card! I explained the problem to the clerk. I had to get from Lebanon to Shamokin and my tank was empty! I asked for a $5 dollar loan I will repay in 2 days at my next VA appt. He said ok and set the pump to $15!! I kept my word and gave him $20. I told him I appreciated it and he was a great help. I would reccomend it to everyone. Not to get gas loans! To get cheaper priced gas and know it's a place with great service to its customers and a place that cares. ~Myron

We have been longtime customers at the tractor supply Co. store in Lebanon Pennsylvania and we just wanted to acknowledge that the customer service that we have received over numerous visits has been excellent and has exceeded our expectations. The staff that we have mainly interacted with is the manager Beth and store associates Steffan and Logan. We don’t know the names of the other store associates but anybody that we’ve interacted with has been polite, professional and always of great help because of their excellent customer service. We will continue to do business at that store for many years to come. ~J.

Never have prescriptions ready even after they call and tell you they are ready. Sat for an hour after I was told they were ready the day before. Scam for you to shop. ~MeMe

It's clear that the employees there have no clue what they are doing. Also, the girl Manda that works there dropping F bombs left and right. Once she got our $700 for our new phones she moved on to help her friend so I had to attempt to set up the phones myself. Left to go to another Tmobile store. Horrible!!@ ~Kerri

Went in here for a laptop, was talking the gentleman about renting, asking him about the process. He kept throwing an attitude. Because it was 20 mins before closing. I walked out and said that’s how you loose business. ~Peyton

Walked in without appointment. Was greeted immediately at reception. My own nails were a disgrace. I wasn't sure if they could do anything. Nail technician Nak gave me a full set of acrylics that are perfectly sculpted. They were so beautiful I changed my choice of a natural looking nail to a beautiful deep red gel. A customer seated beside me helped choose the color. Her Halloween costume is going to be the Queen of Hearts so she knew exactly the shade of red I wanted. After the gel was cured I was given a wonderful hand, finger, and wrist massage with a steaming towel wrap. I made sure to schedule my next pedicure and manicure with Nak before leaving. The mechanic did work fast did a good inspection and helped me find options to pay for a job I could afford. In total $1900 for brakes and control arms is theft. Only could add the brakes. Getting the engine on my Benz for the same cost. Something isn't right with the prices ~Tim

just trying to get a simple oil change and wait. Made an appointment online for first thing Saturday morning. Got there and they said well, unfortunately the system doesn’t know what appointments we have so we can get you in but it’s going to be four hours. I put the appointment in weeks ago. Sorry, no I don’t want to wait four hours for an oil change. There were only two people in the waiting area. This seems to be a common theme reading the other reviews. Maybe stop taking online appointments if you aren’t going to honor them. Please value people’s time. I got up early on my day off and wasted a trip.. Update - I got a confirmation email that my appointment was confirmed, 7 hours after the appointment! ~Rick
