Where do I start? I walked in at 9am since that’s what time they opened. I waited 30 minutes before I was taken back to a chair. From the second I was in chair to the time I left, the nail artists were all yelling to one another to communicate, the nail artist didn’t communicate with their clients. I spent over an hour in the chair for the most basic dip powder nails. I was cut multiple times while she was drilling and filing my nails. She didn’t know what she was doing. She applied base coat four times, she put top coat on, then put gel top coat on top of that. I’m very disappointed. They had a line a people waiting to be taken to a chair. They kept telling people to sit down as they walked in. They had at least 10 people waiting in their 4 person waiting area while I was getting my nails done. Terrible service today. Services: Dip powder, Acrylic nails

Called about Armpit Waxing They said they do it so I said ok and came in. When I come in they ask what I need I said I would like a Re-fill and I had called about the Armpit Waxing. One of them was like ok let me see your nails, then she was like we don't do Acrylic color which is what I have and then stated they would have to remove all nails and Re-do, I'm not from the area and didn't have alot of time so I said can you just fix my one nail that was broken and just re-do it in gel color to match the other ones just so I could get by for an event I had today. Then she was like ok then another one was like oh you also called about the waxing I was like yes. She's like oh I said that would be after 4:00pm and I was like oh ok, then after all those questions about my nails and saying ok to do it she was like oh it needs to be after 4pm too! That was very unprofessional and rude specially since everyone is looking at you in there. Why couldn't you have told me this from the beginning instead of making it seem like you were going to do it for me. Very Dissapointing place.👎🏼

Walked in without appointment. Was greeted immediately at reception. My own nails were a disgrace. I wasn't sure if they could do anything. Nail technician Nak gave me a full set of acrylics that are perfectly sculpted. They were so beautiful I changed my choice of a natural looking nail to a beautiful deep red gel. A customer seated beside me helped choose the color. Her Halloween costume is going to be the Queen of Hearts so she knew exactly the shade of red I wanted. After the gel was cured I was given a wonderful hand, finger, and wrist massage with a steaming towel wrap. I made sure to schedule my next pedicure and manicure with Nak before leaving. I don't think the prices can be beat in this area. Five stars aren't enough. Thank you Nak and Queen of Hearts. Services: Gel manicure, Acrylic nails

I could acrylic nails here. I got them done on Sunday and 5 of them have came off by thursday. I have had this experience with this business before and I am extremely disappointed. I spent 40 dollars on these and they came off while i was opening a door, putting on my shoe, texting on my phone, etc... They are supposed to last u 2 weeks maybe more Service: Acrylic nails

They always do a good job on my nails whether it’s a manicure, pedicure, or acrylics. I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed here several times and the girls are always quick, efficient, and sweet. Would definitely recommend, they’re one of the best salons in Lebanon.

I'm going to be honest and say I was skeptical because I left my nail tech back in NYC. So I decided to treat myself for my Birthday. They nail techs are always pleasant when they come to my job. And was pleasant inside the salon. My nail tech was such a cool gentleman. And I like my nails. Will be a regular customer.

The only nail salon I've ever left without my nail beds hurting, so that's saying something. The prices were decent and the girl doing my set was friendly and spoke english very well, which I appreciate because I am hearing impaired. I left satisfied with my overall experience. However, I had to wait an hour and a half to even be seen and the place was filthy. It looks like they haven't swept in a year. I also asked for an eyebrow wax which never happened because my girl immediately started working on somebody else while my nails were drying.
