I have had two bad experiences here. My last experience I got the spa pedicure which was just as fast as the basic. The nail tech filed my one big toe square and the big toe on the other foot round. My nails were all streaked. They needed another coat of polish. It was a rush job. Service: Pedicures

They did an awesome job on my wife and daughter’s nails. I took them there for a pedicure. I suggest you call to make an appointment before attempting to just walk in because it clearly states on the door “By Appointment Only”. My only issue was my daughter (11 year old) did not receive equal service as my wife did. For example, my wife received the massage and excellent service from Christine(?), but Tao did not ask my daughter if she liked her nails, didn’t massage her feet as advertised, and according to my daughter she was done sooner than my wife, yet my wife started before her. My daughter was disappointed because she was looking forward to the massage at least. “I thought mommy was getting a special pedicure because the guy I had didn’t do anything but wash and paint my feet and leave. I didn’t know how long I should wait to get up or anything so I sat there until you(dad/me) came back.” I will recommend anyone except Tao for now. Maybe next time he’ll do better.

By far best nail salon in the area. Not only is this salon spotless, the owners are great, all of the nails techs are helpful and friendly. My nails come out perfect every time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I can go three weeks if i need to without so much as a chip. 5 stars ⭐️ for sure! Services: Nail art, Pedicures, Acrylic nails, Eyelash extensions

They don't deserve a 1 star rating, they deserve less. After she arrived and I showed her the design I wanted, she immediately went "I'm not going to get this done in an hour" in a rude tone. She kept making a deal out of the time and effort it would take saying things like it would be a hard design and her coworker better take her next appointment. This made me feel awkward and uncomfortable as it I was inconveniencing this woman. Then, she kept commenting on my horrible cuticles/nails and pressuring me to come back in 2 weeks. I paid $78 for nails that look absolutely nothing like the image I showed her and she rushed through them. The acrylics are cut and applied crooked, my real nails are still visible in spots, the filing job was also done hurriedly and crooked. Throughout the entire experience I feel like she was rushing to get me done and could have done much better job if she took her time. They were highly recommended to me, but I will never recommend or visit them again. My friend, who was getting her nails done beside me, also didn't like what was done. Her nails were obviously rushed through as well and the details were covered and not straight. Update: One of my nails broke off less than a week later while I was opening a bag. Had a great experience today !! This was my first time doing Dip powder (SNS) and Taylor C did an amazing job! She walked me through the whole process so I wasn’t surprised by it being different than other nails processes and was so professional and understanding the whole time. She also did my eyebrows which look fantastic ! She is so considerate of the whole experience and making sure you like your nails and feel comfortable while in the salon which I really appreciate! She is amazing and I will continue to go back to see Taylor C for my nails every time! Services: Manicures, Waxing, Dip powder
