Christian and Carley at the Wysox AT&T store are absolutely amazing! So friendly, super helpful and extremely patient. I forgot I had to unfreeze my credit and they politely waited for me to do that. I never felt like I was being rushed out, even when it was past closing time and we weren't completely finished yet. Being my first time with AT&T, I am extremely impressed! Five stars and 2 thumbs up for these two wonderful employees!! Highly recommend!!!

I bought a att radiant max . The phone quit charging after a couple months . I took it into the store they had me call the warranty dept . The warranty department informed me that I have to pay $182 to get a replacement phone The phone sells for $95 in the store and on the website ATT are the biggest scammers out there I will never buy another one of their phones and I'm nowvswitchung carriers Thanks for your horrible customer service

Karlei has been fantastic! Over the years of coming into the store, I’ve been taken advantage of by all the previous managers. Last year the manager was rude, the year before you had another manager that raised her voice at me when I asked why I was having issues with a new phone. But I chose to come in and upgrade last week and Karlei went above and beyond for me. She got me a really good promotion on my new phone and gave me a deal on my 3 accessories too! I’d recommend her and her employees any day!

I had a great experience in this store with Chrissi. She went the extra mile with helping me upgrade (I usually avoid the stores and do it online) and purchase a few extra items that she recommended and honestly, I am not sure how I did without. Thank you Chrissi!!!

Only listened to half of what was asked to do. Sr. Rep acted like we bothered her. Jr. Rep didn't know hardly anything. They canceled the contract only switched 2 out of 3 phones. Resulting in one getting canceled. Only way to get it back is pay a large amount to open an entire new account.

Christianne was very friendly, respectful and efficient! I brought in a new phone and was having problems with cell connection. She took a quick look, popped in a new SIM card and got me back up and running within 10 minutes. Awesome customer service!

Only day I don't have to work and they always seem closed on Sundays.... No reason given why they arent open when their website and the posted door time says they are, till you drive all the way over from dushore to find out the store is closed.
