Best car rental agency in Charlotte, North Carolina (NC) 2024

The individual I picked the car up from was very nice, but not helpful. I had reserved a car well in advance only to be told when I got there that they were out of that size and smaller. Rather than upgrade me at no additional charge, I was forced to pay $134 MORE than I anticipated (or I wouldn't have transportation). At drop off, the attendants were too busy chatting it up with one another to be helpful at all. Would not recommend. Enterprise has much better customer service. ~Sarah

I had a slight inconvenience during my March business trip. I spoke with Josh and he said he would take care of me next time. I came back in April for business and he definitely took care of me and I greatly appreciated him keeping his word and keeping me as a customer! Shoutout to Josh and his team!
