The most Ignorant, Racist Staff at Walgreens Pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I just switched from Walgreens but I’d rather drive 30-40 min away than to deal with this Pharmacy.

I have never received my prescription in less than 2 hours at this pharmacy. They are the absolute slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. If you go through the drive thru line or if you go inside you will ALWAYS wait at least 30 minutes just for them to tell you it will be another 30 minutes. I go through the drive thru at least twice to get my prescription and each time it is 30 minutes. It is absolutely unbelievable. I have gone to Walgreens for YEARS and have never had the issues I have at the Walgreens in Clayton NC.

This Walgreens has the absolutely the RUDEST employees of any Walgreens I have ever been in. I am never stepping foot in this Walgreen's again, and I urge anyone else who doesn't like being treated RUDELY to do the same. I also want to say that not all Walgreens are like this. Most Walgreen's have wonderful employees, but this one is awful.

Hands down the most incompetent staff at the pharmacy I have ever experienced. So today we had three medications sent in for my 4 year old son and it did go to the wrong location. My wife called to see if the medication was ready and Walgreens on hwy 70 business said it was sent to the wrong location and they would have all three ready within an hour. So I went to pick it up and they had only one. When I asked why they said they didn’t get the information. I told her that we called ahead to this location and that you as a staff were aware that it need to be done here. She said it would take 20 minutes. This was after sitting in a line for 30. So I said I would come back but asked before leaving that all would be ready when I came back. She said yes they will be ready. So I come back and now the line is long again so another wait of about 20 minutes or so. I get to the window and come to pick it up and they say they only have two ready now. It has been over 2 hours since I last came to get it. So way past the time they needed. When I asked about the third she said they don’t have any I information on a third. When I told her to check the notes about it being sent to the wrong location. She gets another pharmacist and they talk and then she said she can have it ready in 15 or so minutes. When I said do I have to wait here where I am. No, I have to circle around and get back in line. What in gods name is wrong with the people that work these days. The lack of communication and follow up is stupid. Rant over.

My wife and I have always had problems with out medications at other pharmacies but this one did it right!! And the customer service I received from Devin was outstanding. We need more people like her in this world!

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Sad to say I have been going there for years and it has been nothing but a disaster. EVERY time I refill my prescriptions using the app I end up having to call because there's a problem. Recently, the medication my son takes went from $50 to $537. So I called. Was told my insurance wasn't on file. I asked how could it not be on file when I have been coming there for years? About 1/2 hr later I called back & spoke to a pharmacist, who told me we needed a coupon code. After talking to our insurance company they (also) told us we needed a discount code, which I got from the manufacturer's website. We took it the pharmacist, who told us that they couldn't use the discount because they don't have internet. I find it very hard to believe that a pharmacy doesn't have the internet. How do they function? Anyway, we're switching all our prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Recently switched to this Walgreens so I'd be able to pick up prescriptions closer to home. My medicine is expensive but there is a manufacturer's coupon that was on file at our other pharmacy (which was also a Walgreens) that lowered the price from $500 to $50. Employees on staff the day I went to pick up my refill could not find the coupon on file so we printed a physical copy out from the manufacturer's website and returned to the store. The staff still could not be bothered to help me for reasons they weren't even entirely clear about. Doesn't seem like anyone on that day cared that I won't be able to afford my medicine if things continue this way. Avoid this Walgreens, not worth your time.

Worst Walgreens ever. Don’t get your prescriptions filled here. Took them 2 hrs to fill an antibiotic. Staff was not friendly at all, waited in line the first time and said would be about 20 mins, waited the second time and said it wasn’t ready and would be another 10 mins. Then it took them an extra 20 mins to fill it. Dirty and unorganized in the store. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Also the staff do not look professional at all. They had one person working the register and another staff member checking out her own stuff she bought there. They need corporate to come here and get this store straight.

The Walgreens site allowed me to schedule a vaccine appointment indicating that there is no issue mixing the COVID vaccine if given as a booster. This was also indicated as safe by the CDC. I was told that the pharmacist on shift would not administer the vaccine because they don’t feel comfortable mixing them. What a joke and a waste of my time! If they didn’t want to administer it then why allow me to make the appointment in the first place? Don’t go here for your vaccine.
