Hands down the most incompetent staff at the pharmacy I have ever experienced. So today we had three medications sent in for my 4 year old son and it did go to the wrong location. My wife called to see if the medication was ready and Walgreens on hwy 70 business said it was sent to the wrong location and they would have all three ready within an hour. So I went to pick it up and they had only one. When I asked why they said they didn’t get the information. I told her that we called ahead to this location and that you as a staff were aware that it need to be done here. She said it would take 20 minutes. This was after sitting in a line for 30. So I said I would come back but asked before leaving that all would be ready when I came back. She said yes they will be ready. So I come back and now the line is long again so another wait of about 20 minutes or so. I get to the window and come to pick it up and they say they only have two ready now. It has been over 2 hours since I last came to get it. So way past the time they needed. When I asked about the third she said they don’t have any I information on a third. When I told her to check the notes about it being sent to the wrong location. She gets another pharmacist and they talk and then she said she can have it ready in 15 or so minutes. When I said do I have to wait here where I am. No, I have to circle around and get back in line. What in gods name is wrong with the people that work these days. The lack of communication and follow up is stupid. Rant over. ~Jeremy

My experience was good so I thought. I went through the drive thru on 6/29 and purchased 50 Munchkins. When I got home I was very disappointed with my purchase. It was more than I asked for and every one that had been tasted was old. If your gonna give away more make sure they are fresh at least. Tried calling the store to voice my complaint and it went to a voicemail that was to full 🤔. Customer service is at an all time low people. If you don't like your job then don't go to work but don't take it out on innocent people. ~Melanee

Slow in the past but recent experience was excellent. Was worried being 3rd car in drive thru line as this could be 10 minute wait in the past, but after ordering we had our orders within 5 minutes or less. Accurate order and these KFC chicken sandwiches are thick! ~Matthew

I will never use enterprise again. I was in a car accident and needed a rental. I received an SUV and they asked if I wanted the additional bumper to bumper coverage. I didn’t know what that was exactly, the manager convinced me to get it. I called my insurance later and they assured me I did not need that coverage. After having it for a week I went in to remove it because they needed to check the car. Two people, a man and a woman, checked the car and told me they removed the coverage. I did not think I needed to write down their names because they weren’t going to do their job. After having the rental for a month, my car was fixed and I had the place I picked my car up at return the rented SUV for me, which was to the Wake Forrest location of Enterprise. When I got charged it was over $500. I never received any receipt for the charges. I called and had them email me one. Looking at the charges I was very confused. I called the Clayton location and they tried to explain it to me. I realized they charged me for that bumper to bumper coverage for the whole month. I told them I had that taken off after a week of having the car and they said they had no record of it. They were very rude to me and had me on hold forever. They refused to refund me the money because they had no record. These people at this location are very incompetent and I will never recommend anyone to go here. ~Brianne

This is a GREAT store with wonderful staff! I shop online ALOT, attend their lives & shop in the store itself. They have great home goods, clothes, accessories & the prices are so good. You all not go wrong buying from these ladies! ~Lisa

It looks a little rough on the outside but it’s super nice inside! They have a great selection of just about anything you’d need and the store is clean. We also had a very friendly cashier which was nice. We will be back next time we go pokehunting in downtown Clayton! ~Chelsea

The cash register attendee working on Saturday June 18th was the rudest most unpleasant human being I have come into contact with in a long time. I watched back to back to back customers get verbally abused so badly that 1 of them left without getting anything. She had a massive attitude and clearly hated her job, which she showed by taking it out on the customers. She should be fired. ~Nolan

The clerk was friendly and greeted us with a smile as we walked in the door. Very nice. Store was clean and well stocked. ~Thelma

Took my brother to get a hair, because he wasn't able to before he came for a visit. Called and was able to get an appointment with Kelly...who oh by the way is an awesome hair stylist. My brother was very pleased with his haircut, and gotten so many compliments on it. ~Arlington

They were awesome. Ceasar was very courteous and kind. They communicated with me every step of the way. I appreciate that. It was only him and one technician, they both did a great job. He was honest with me about the condition of my car and gave me a great recommendation and also told me what to ask for in the future. You guys are doing great and I appreciate all that you are doing. I hope you all stay safe and healthy as you continue to provide such great service!!!!!! ~Heather
