I rented a car from Chris at Avis Car Rental at the Raleigh Durham Airport on 10/28/22. I have mobility/health issues and was having a difficult day. Chris provided excellent service and was patient and kind as well. Thank you Avis for providing wonderful service through your service providers! PS, great car as well - Toyota Prius!

We were in need of a rental car for a week while one of our vehicles was in the shop. Unfortunately we live in a rural area without good access to rentals which requires us to go to a bigger town/city. We set up to pick up a car today at the Mooresville location. The Avis website said this location was open 8-4:30 today. We set up to pick the car up at 11 today. Drove 45 minutes to Mooresville. Arrived and the location was closed. We called customer service and they were not helpful arguing that the location was showing open. But they were not open and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for labor day. After getting transferred with no help I tried calling the Charlotte airport location to which I was sent to the same unhelpful customer service line. If you are going to be closed on a holiday make sure the company is aware so reservations are not available on that day! We drove 45 minutes down and spent half our holiday trying to run down a rental car so my fiancé can get to work this week. Thankfully the online chat system was able to get us a refund. Will not use Avis again.

The Avis located at 516 River Hwy Mooresville Nc is awesome.The cars are nice.The staff is even nicer especially Jewel and Kevin. I recommend this location to anyone wanting top notch service.

Service was really fast. Everything was ready for us to sign and keys were handed off with paperwork immediately which my thoughts were wow I've gotten in and out of a rental place so fast. Once I got to the car and opened it up, front passenger seat and back passenger seat was soaked from windows bring left done in the pouring down rain. Car hadn't been cleaned mud was every where and someone else's used shaving razor was left behind. Definitely needs to work on the cleanliness of vehicles before renting them out.

Had a reservation, showed up only to be told that they didn't have any cars available and they said they tried to call me. They did not offer up a solution or a car at another location. I later found out talking to Avis.com that my reservation was cancelled at the exact time I was in this location. If you messed up, fine. Just own it and try to help fix it.

Its an Avis and Budget rental. I've used them for years. The staff is incredible, The owner, Vicki, is a doll and I will never rent from anyone else. I've had every experience you could have traveling with a rental and they have come thru every time. I rent from them probably every six weeks. They never disappoint. If you live in Mooresville, they are the BEST.

We started to rent here after having issues with Enterprise, but I am so glad that we did! The people were extremely friendly, quick and efficient. We were in and out in about five minutes and the vehicles were great, especially the 12 passenger van we rented for our youth group to go on a trip. I love love love this place!!!
