Thank you for having children's Tylenol and ibuprofen available as in the middle of the night with a children with fever and no other places to find it, you were God's send for us. Clerk was supe nice as I called first and he took the time to check availability prior to me going there.

they never have anything for breakfast and poor service, they are lost, and they take time to serve the customer, the hot french vanilla cappuccino only tastes like water

Last night our car over heated the smell was toxic and strong, I had my 1 month old and it was late and chilly out. I went into 711 just to keep her warm and the clerk was so helpful and kind. His acts of kindness made me realize there is still good in this world.Thank you I never got his name.

I visited this store last Friday, December 17th, and at first the clerk behind the register was helpful. I noticed there weren't any eggs in the cooler section, and asked if she knew when more would be coming in. She said she had just gotten some and would get a dozen for me. I grabbed a couple other things - some yogurt and orange juice - and then went to pay. I declined a plastic bag because I just try to avoid single-use plastic if I can, and then after I paid, it took me a couple tries to figure out how best to carry everything. The clerk said to me, "If you were moving any slower, you'd be going in reverse!" Maybe she was trying to be funny, but I thought that was just so rude and unnecessary. I happen to be an able-bodied person, but that would have been a horrible thing for someone with a disability to hear! Please improve sensitivity training across the board.

i have twice stopped in to play the lottery. twice has been the same 2 employees. both times i have had my cash5 card in hand. i was asked if i wanted the extra play on my filled in cash5 card. the card has a box if i want the extra, in which was not marked. i was given a mega million which i never asked for. the only thing i asked for was computer picks for the powerball and the bank a million. i will walk back out of the store if the same 2 are in the store. they both have no business working together .i will be stopping in with the tickets on monday to see the store manager.

They rarely have everything in stock. I think it has to do with new management because nowadays its rare to find the green Monsters. Like it's not that hard...you see you're running out of something, you order it ahead of time.
