I love love love this location!!! It is a smaller store but feels like it has a bigger store selection especially of live pets!! It took the guy a bit to get to us but it was so worth it. The employee had great aquatic life knowledge which helped us pick just the right fish for our new tank and the lady at the register was awesome as well and her knowledge of finches was great!!! So easy to work with. I made an appointment and brought the car in for a second opinion of work needed as well as an inspection. They did just that AND Nick was even able to identify the culprit of a long-running issue with our car and get it repaired the same day! This was my first time using Howard's, but now I understand why they come so highly recommended. We will be glad to give them our business again when our car needs work! ~Lydia

Nice store but they need to get rid of the handicap wheelchair. My mother cut her feet on the broken pieces where you rest your feet. Lawsuit waiting to happen! A distract manager needs to do something about this because I’m sure the store manager is aware. ~Alexis

Great store for basic groceries. They might have everything you may need and not alot of branded selections but the stuff they do have is well priced. Typically they will only have two checkout lanes open and sometimes only one lane so checkout can take some time. ~Don

They do a good job keeping the store staffed. Zero to nil selection for women's 10 and men's mid sizes though. I leave disappointed sometimes. Love the foamies! ~april

The store in Williamsburg is beautiful and well stocked with wonderful items. I was able to buy one item in the store and another on line while I was there. Thank you to the two caring and competent Associates, Lori and Katie, who helped me through the process and even carried my items to my car! ~Lourdes

We've always had great service at the Casey Blvd location, but recently they have helped us in two ways with our smart phones...both times, David was kind enough to help us with a voice problem on the phone circuit, and today again David was able to get my email account working again, very critical for our business. Employees like David are why we stay with T mobile!! ~Pete

My experience was great! I recently went in to purchase a new phone and upgrade my plan. Aaron was awesome!! He looked over my plan and went over everything in detail. He walked me through every step and explained everything so well. I was so surprised to find out he hasn't been with the company for that long because the guy knows everything about at&t. He should be a district manager in my opinion. Very personable too and I couldn't be more thankful!! ~Amber
