So easy to work with. I made an appointment and brought the car in for a second opinion of work needed as well as an inspection. They did just that AND Nick was even able to identify the culprit of a long-running issue with our car and get it repaired the same day! This was my first time using Howard's, but now I understand why they come so highly recommended. We will be glad to give them our business again when our car needs work! ~Lydia

I have never tried a Jiffy Lube before but decided to give this one a try. I wanted a simple conventional oil change, but when I arrived, they told me they had no conventional 5w-30 and that it was going to be 20+ dollars more for high mileage, then told my car takes 6 quarts (another upcharge of $6.00) but when I looked at my owner's guide it says 5 quarts. I continued on with the service. Then when I checked out there was another $8 charge for a special oil filter that they did not tell me about. The net impact of my trip was almost double what it should have been. My advice is to call before you go and make sure they have all of your supplies and what the cost is before you go or be prepared to pay a lot more. Service: Oil change ~David
