I was needing an oil change and stopped by this location at 5 pm (open til 7 pm) and was informed that they sent all the technicians home because they weren't "busy" today.

Had break pads and rotors replaced. Showed up 30 minutes early on a weekday to ensure I was first in line. They quoted me the price and time which was around an hour. It took 3 hours to complete. Not because they don't know what they're doing but because they're understaffed. For the first hour there was only two people and a steady stream of cars coming in. As a consumer i can't be the one to pay for everything because of the current state of things. Everything is more expensive and takes twice as long. So should I rate 5 stats solely based on the fact it was done properly? I'm done pretending like any of this is ok. Either lower prices or upgrade your amenities for my wait. Like massage chairs and my own personal TV. Idk something. Literally anything. A $5 coupon to mcdonalds?? The work done was fine and everyone was polite but enough is enough. Pay people more and get them to show up or take a hit on slow days by keeping more people staffed.

Messed up the drain plug. Said the could not get the oil filter off therefore could not change the oil. What is wrong with an oil change specialty store not being able to remove an oil filter. But the real reason they could not change the oil was the used an air wrench an messed the head of the plug off.

THE WORST. Bought the groupon for the oil change, interior vacuum and the tire rotation. We confirmed at check in that we would be getting these services and then went to eat breakfast. Came back and paid the surcharge but got to the car and the interior was not swept and the tires were not rotated. So I can't even be sure that the oil was changed. They may have just reset the warning. TOTAL RIP OFF. This was the one on 2nd street in Williamsburg. Will never go back.

They stripped the treads in my oil pan and didn't want to take responsibility for it. Give then proof with photos that I had never had an oil leak before but still no avail. STAY AWAY!!!! The one in Williamsburg, Va on 2nd street. Again, STAY AWAY!!!!

I have never tried a Jiffy Lube before but decided to give this one a try. I wanted a simple conventional oil change, but when I arrived, they told me they had no conventional 5w-30 and that it was going to be 20+ dollars more for high mileage, then told my car takes 6 quarts (another upcharge of $6.00) but when I looked at my owner's guide it says 5 quarts. I continued on with the service. Then when I checked out there was another $8 charge for a special oil filter that they did not tell me about. The net impact of my trip was almost double what it should have been. My advice is to call before you go and make sure they have all of your supplies and what the cost is before you go or be prepared to pay a lot more. Service: Oil change

They might be alittle slow due to being under stuff but the customer service was excellent excellent I couldn't be any happier. Once the vehicle made to the rack it didn't take long at all. I am very pleased with the staff and their customer service they provided. I will continue going there.
