Set an appointment days ago for a simple oil change. I’ve had my car have simple maintenance here for the past two years. I dropped off my car early and let them know I would be next door and let me know when they are done. The guy took my info down and said he’d call me. About 1:45 goes by and I walk back over. When I get there I am informed they don’t have the part to open a VW oil pan. Mind you days in advance I GAVE THE SYSTEM MY MAKE AND MODEL and it was on the TV when you walk in. It’s incredible the lack of communication and forethought to look at incoming inspections. It’s also incredible that a regular Jetta can’t get an oil change here. I would understand if you don’t have tools for high-end specialty cars or services, but a VW oil change? About two years ago, a separate location in the area had my info for over a week for a 9am oil change to tell me when I arrived they didn’t have the oil for my car and it would take over and hour to go buy some. Thankfully then, the manager comped my oil change (didn’t ask and I was fairly reasonable but it was still nice to show he understood the error.) This guy at the Route 1 location told me I can come back another day. Why would I ever give you my money? Not sure about other makes but anything German don’t bring your car to NTB. Zero effort to look at future appointments to make sure they can service them and zero effort to communicate when something pops up. A lost customer for sure.

Came in to have my tire replaced from a blow out. Had a horrible experience. Terrible customer service by the person at the front desk, had an attitude and genuinely felt like he didn’t want to be there. Told me it would a while and that he would give me a call whenever it was ready. Hours go by and no phone call so I call in and it turns out they hadn’t even worked on it. Didn’t even put in on the car just gave me the wheel. What a joke.

I really wouldn't go here. The front desk receptionist was not friendly at all. His vibe was as he didn't want to be there and do his job. It was really off putting. I don't like going to a place of business with customer service is horrible and his was just plain awful. I wouldn't recommend going here. Go to pep boy across the street. At least they are friendly and welcoming.

If you are a costumer or future costumer please look for other options like Costco!! I am pretty sure the person or personal who did work on my tires NTB did a really bad job by not secure the lugs nuts on my tires but also the balance is bad. And if you disagree with any extra work they recommend they will set you up to spend more money in the future. I have no good words to express my frustration because it’s done to my family vehicle and could had a very bad accident because of their negligence.

Call before I came. No one was in the Astor/ front desk. When I asked Mechanic any one here. he replied he’s out for lunch, so I waited for 20 minutes and ask mechanic to call Front desk worker, Mechanic replied he wont be back for another 10 more minutes. So I waited - when he got back he had Attitude, And was arguing with me to put expensive oil. My question is what kind of customers service NTB is running it’s a shame

I’ve always trusted NTB to take care of all my tire/wheel installations on my vehicles, but this new team went above and beyond, further solidifying my belief in the company. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Reggie and Isiah do a stellar job managing the shop, and the mechanics/technicians are top notch. Khalil and Neil were awesome to work with and consummate professionals. I recently just had the stock wheels and tires replaced with a staggered setup on my Dodge Charger. The issue we encountered was that the new lug nuts didn’t come with a socket adapter to install them and the ones the guys had available were too thick. The team utilized all resources available more than an hour after the store hours. They even went as far as running around to a couple local auto parts stores to purchase the correct socket, but to no avail. Neil and Khalid, being the forward thinkers they are realized that if they removed the sleeve off of one of the existing sockets they had in hand it would work and they could secure the lug nuts/wheels as needed. Talk about going the extra mile!!! I can’t say enough about the quality of service, and the genuine care exhibited by the entire crew. Great guys, great energy, and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you gentlemen, you are all aces in my book!!!

Awful customer service. I scheduled an appointment for the wheel alignment. I purchased the 3- yr alignment policy months before and the rep advised me that I did not purchase the policy. The tone of his voice was like he was blaming me as the customer for not having a printed copy of my receipt. He eventually found the service record in the computer. I have been a customer for years and there has never been a problem verifing in the computer. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and it was an hour before they pulled my car in the shop.

After a really hard day, the LAST thing I needed was a tire to go bad on me. The team here assisted me and it turned out I needed a minimum of 2 new tires. Luckily, they sent me home safe and sound with 4 new tires, alignment, and turning what was one of the worst days into a better one. The guys here are very personable and compassionate. I really should’ve been chastised for the neglect on my tires, but Reggie didn’t blame me- just fixing the problem. I’ll be coming back for more services here.

I would not recommend this place, I set an appointment for a simple tire rotation and to have the tires balanced. While checking in I was told by someone that was working in the back that he might not be able to do the work for a couple reasons (both were bogus). So I went out to see when they put it on the lift to confirm that it could be done. A few mins later they came in to say they were going to have to break my studs because they couldn't get the lug nuts to come loose with the impact. So I asked if I could do it for them... I went out and loosened all of them in about a minute with a breaker bar. They were also trying to use a impact on keyway locking lugnuts, not completely against the rules but it will lead to a problem at some point. Hopefully, I don't have any issues after service.

Called to order a set of tires and told I’d get a call later to come pick them up, never received a call . when I was able to get in contact with them 2 weeks later and they never even order the set. Asked for them to place it again and was asked what my tire measurements are, they wanted the full set of numbers and letters and legitimately refused to look it up for me. Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced.
