5 Best tire shop in Alexandria, Virginia (VA) 2024

I’ve always trusted NTB to take care of all my tire/wheel installations on my vehicles, but this new team went above and beyond, further solidifying my belief in the company. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Reggie and Isiah do a stellar job managing the shop, and the mechanics/technicians are top notch. Khalil and Neil were awesome to work with and consummate professionals. I recently just had the stock wheels and tires replaced with a staggered setup on my Dodge Charger. The issue we encountered was that the new lug nuts didn’t come with a socket adapter to install them and the ones the guys had available were too thick. The team utilized all resources available more than an hour after the store hours. They even went as far as running around to a couple local auto parts stores to purchase the correct socket, but to no avail. Neil and Khalid, being the forward thinkers they are realized that if they removed the sleeve off of one of the existing sockets they had in hand it would work and they could secure the lug nuts/wheels as needed. Talk about going the extra mile!!! I can’t say enough about the quality of service, and the genuine care exhibited by the entire crew. Great guys, great energy, and a pleasure to talk to. Avoid! I took my car in due to a low tire pressure sensor warning. They told me it would be about an hour and a half to check it out so I left. I got a call four hours later telling me they hadn’t started on it yet and asking permission to remove some tight lug nuts. I told them to go ahead and waited some more. After about an hour with no contact I went back to Costco and they were in the process of removing the tire and rim and replacing with the spare (no rim). They told me I had a cracked rim. I left and ordered a new rim. When it arrived, I called and the receptionist told me to bring it back in. When I got there, they refused to put the tire and new rim back on because “it wasn’t a Costco tire.” So wait, you can take off the tire and rim, replace it with the spare (also not a Costco tire apparently) but you can’t fix it back? I cannot recommend any place that offers such slow, ineffective, and unprofessional service. This was a very poor experience. ~Sumrall

Customer Service was excellent from the time I opened the door to the time I left. The service person at the desk on 7/16/22 was so pleasant and professional. The mechanic was very pleasant and polite. He was very knowledgeable. I live in Maryland, have been going all the way to the Liberty at the gas station on Franconia Road, Alexandria, VA for the past 4 years because I am so pleased with their service. These guys are amazing. Not too many places that keep black lug nuts in stock, they do. Excellent service and they mounted my wheels and tires super fast. Kahn and his staff are beyond professional. Had 4 new tires installed today after finding the best price for them at Pep Boys. The install was completed quickly and correctly all in about 40 minutes. Chris, the manager was waiting for me and got the vehicle up on the lift immediately and Miguel got to work. Chris even checked into my check engine light that had recently come on and gave me the info and photos of the issue that caused the engine light to come on. Very helpful. I will be returning to this store for tires and maintenance on my other vehicles. See Chris with your auto repair needs, he will take care of you. ~SK
