Customer Service was excellent from the time I opened the door to the time I left. The service person at the desk on 7/16/22 was so pleasant and professional. The mechanic was very pleasant and polite. He was very knowledgeable. I live in Maryland, have been going all the way to the Liberty at the gas station on Franconia Road, Alexandria, VA for the past 4 years because I am so pleased with their service. Had 4 new tires installed today after finding the best price for them at Pep Boys. The install was completed quickly and correctly all in about 40 minutes. Chris, the manager was waiting for me and got the vehicle up on the lift immediately and Miguel got to work. Chris even checked into my check engine light that had recently come on and gave me the info and photos of the issue that caused the engine light to come on. Very helpful.
