I just have to say today was the first time visiting Pep Boys. I was actually waiting in line at NTB and was frustrated with the wait and the rude employees. They are absolutely the worst! So I looked online to see if there was another location I could take my car to for a tire rotation. I called Pep Boys and was greeted by a friendly employee who was able to help. I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up and he told me they do not charge for tire rotations. After I left my car, I received a text letting me know that two of the tires had nails in them and that they could patch the one that was leaking. It’s so rare to find a car place that has helpful friendly employees that you feel confident taking care of your car. I will definitely be back to Pep Boys! NTB can pound sand 😂

Had 4 new tires installed today after finding the best price for them at Pep Boys. The install was completed quickly and correctly all in about 40 minutes. Chris, the manager was waiting for me and got the vehicle up on the lift immediately and Miguel got to work. Chris even checked into my check engine light that had recently come on and gave me the info and photos of the issue that caused the engine light to come on. Very helpful. I will be returning to this store for tires and maintenance on my other vehicles. See Chris with your auto repair needs, he will take care of you.

I was down here from NC and my tire went flat.I had to get my car towed to the shop. Everyone was real nice and provided prompt service. Damon was awesome! His understanding and customer support was exemplary! This shop gets 5 star plus from me.

Came in because I had a slow leak in one tire. Was pretty sure it was a valve stem and told the guy so. They took me right in without an appointment, had a look, and it turned out I was right. They replaced the valve stem and didn't even charge me for it (said it was too cheap a part to bother with, but it definitely took them some time to check and replace)!

First visit. Chris was friendly and helpful. Service time is as expected considering the hiring shortages in this field. This location is solely a service center. Just a heads up, they are not able to replace batteries for key FOBs. Not a huge issue since there are dealerships all around.
