You have to call back to make sure your car is ready for pick up. Nobody is going to call you. They say it will be ready 2 to 3 hours and they are lying.

Went to the website to order tires and schedule an appointment to get them installed. Website tells me to call the tire center to confirm availability. I call the tire center and they tell me they cannot order anything over the phone, and it has to be ordered on the website. This seemed like a very unfunny joke. Needless to say I did not get the help I needed.

Avoid! I took my car in due to a low tire pressure sensor warning. They told me it would be about an hour and a half to check it out so I left. I got a call four hours later telling me they hadn’t started on it yet and asking permission to remove some tight lug nuts. I told them to go ahead and waited some more. After about an hour with no contact I went back to Costco and they were in the process of removing the tire and rim and replacing with the spare (no rim). They told me I had a cracked rim. I left and ordered a new rim. When it arrived, I called and the receptionist told me to bring it back in. When I got there, they refused to put the tire and new rim back on because “it wasn’t a Costco tire.” So wait, you can take off the tire and rim, replace it with the spare (also not a Costco tire apparently) but you can’t fix it back? I cannot recommend any place that offers such slow, ineffective, and unprofessional service. This was a very poor experience.

Once you buy your tires there they won't perform any of the services that they promise. They refused to rotate my tires as the the front are worn differently than the back which I can't understand, as the front and back always wear differently; that's the point of rotating them! I also took my car there to have two slow leaks patch / plugged which I was willing to pay and they didnt even look at them, they just ignored that service that i had made the appointment for. I even left it there for 5 hours. If this were an auto shop that provided this kind of service, they would be out of business in a month. Only buy your tires there if you plan on not needing any other services for those tires at Costco again. By-the-way the 5 star reviews you see for this place are fake, they are paid reviewers; I would disregard their bogus generic reviews because if they actually went there they would have waited 30 minited to get to talk to anyone and would have written and negative review in the mean time while sitting in line.

You pay a premium for their tires with a promise that you can come back in and they will balance, rotate, and fill your tires, but that is not true. On 2 separate occasions I've tried to have them rotate tires on 2 differet cars and on both occasions they find an excuse to not do the work. In one instance they said that the front tires are wearing and so they can't rotate them to the back; of course they're wearing, what is this the Twilight Zone, that's why I want them rotated to the rear because they're wearing like front tires typically do. So, in what case would they ever rotate my tires? If you want to buy tires from them because they are promising additional Services included in the price, save yourself the money and time and go somewhere else

Horrible customer service went in for a tire rotation and balance and was told that I wasn't able to get it due to not following there rotation schedule, if the tech would have looked at the costco sticker on my windshield he would have seen I was 10 miles past there recommended mileage for the rotation. After I brought that up he went to check the tire tread on my tires and again stated he wasn't able to do it unless I bought new tires since my tires had 5% tread left according to him. When asked if he measured them he stated he didn't have to because he knows the measurements and can tell just by looking at them. The tires only have 20,000 miles on them and are rated for 45,000.

I had a bad experience at this store. Long wait and a very unprofessional people. They don’t care if they damaged your vehicle. They left marks all around my wheels and said those marks where there already. They never paid for the damages done.

The Costco Tire Service Center in Hybla Valley is the best. The people who work there actually care about you and will help you quickly and proficiently. The prices are more than fair with lifetime rotation and an excellent warranty plan. More than worth checking them out in you’re in need of new tires.

I came to get my tires rotated and balanced. I stood in line for over 30 minutes before the cashier attended to me. He then told me that appointment is now required at this location. He gave me an appointment for the next hour. I spent almost 3 hours in the store for a tire rotation. This is unheard of.

I went this place to regular tire rotation having online appointment. After paper work they guy in the counter said it will be ready within an hour and will call when ready. After an hour passed and never received a call from them I went to check. The lady on the desk was felt little uncomfortable and said she will check. She returned from the workshop saying it is already done and gave us a key. I went to the car and saw the car is where it is parked and still there is GREEN Work Order No on the hood. Realizing nothing was done, came back inside. Now there was a new guy in the counter said that they were sorry as nothing has been done and will be done in half an hour. It seems the first person we did the paperwork just put our paper and key in the drawer and left for the day. The lady just said it is done without checking the paper work but from her expression we knew she knew it was not done but said it is done anyway just to avoid. The lady never showed up again in the area. We again waited half an hour and no one called and later went to check again. After waiting another 15-20 minutes the guy finally said it is done and said he will give $25 dollar gift card for all the wait. He left and came back after 20 minutes with $25 gift Card. So it took more than 2.5 hours to get out from this Costco for a scheduled work of simple tire rotation on a very cold day. I am giving 2 star here because overall I love Costco but this was the worst experience in a very cold day. I usually visit Costco's Springfield Tire Center and Store and never had these type of issues. Costco please hire those people who take the job seriously and are responsible. Seems not the case here.
