I have a membership and they claim to open at 7am but most times when I arrive between 7 and 7:05am, I have to wait...and wait...and wait some more. I occasionally get the car wash but most times I turn around and leave because I have to get to work. Most recently, I pulled up in the middle of the day and all 3 entrances were closed. People were vacuuming their clean cars so I called. When the phone was finally answered, I was told that there was a maintenance issue. Would have been great if a sign could have been posted instead of making me wait even though that's what I am used to at Frank's...waiting to be turned away. Gonna cancel the useless membership as soon as I can figure out how.

It's 5pm and, once again, the three teenagers running the car wash have decided to go on siesta and close the lanes. Sick of paying for a membership I can't use because the workers are stealing time. This place used to be great back when they had employees with a good work ethic. Now, it's just plain garbage. If something isn't fixed, I'll be canceling my membership.

A gentle caution: Do not use this car wash. The employees only spray one side of your car when you are entering the wash... and conduct themselves in a completely indifferent manner. You may, like me, never get registered in the system and have to get out of your car to get an employee to open the gate and let you in (even though you show them repeatedly that you are a paying member) And finally... You may, like me and others, have a difficult time getting them to cancel your membership. We have been gone for three months and we are STILL paying for that membership in spite of repeated calls and requests to cancel the payment. I urge you to stay far away from them.

The car wash is supposed to open at 7am, I pass every day at 7:15 and it's never open. it was finally open today and I sat at the entrance to the wash for close to 5 minutes waiting while the attendant vacuumed his own car. It's time to cancel my membership there are plenty of other car washes that value their customers.

I pay for a monthly membership for this location and it has been “closed for maintenance” each time I’ve attempted to visit in the last 2 weeks — 1, 2, 9 & 10 Sep. This is absurd. And if it isn’t closed, then you can’t wash your mats because that machine is broken. Or they don’t have towels available to dry the vehicles. I plan to cancel my membership ASAP!

Wash is fairly good but vacuums are awful. Most only have one and you have to move your car to do both sides of it. Will certainly go into Lugoff next time.

This car wash is aggressively mediocre. There are spots on my car that never gets touched. And I choose the “Diamond” selection every time. You can see from the pics. I pulled out to vacuum and this was the worst one yet. Grill just as filthy as when I pulled in. There were other spots of the car still dirty but not as noticeable.

Franks Will scratch your car and rip your paint. Go somewhere else. And take pictures of your car if you don't, they love to say people came in with damage to their cars. I will never use this location or any other and recommend others to seek better services.

Love Frank's if they could ever be consisted with auto draft, enrolled over a year ago with one vehicle and added another one, seems like whenever I do take one, I have to renew my membership

So unusual for Frank's! The new attendant today was extremely rude, unnecessarily accessed my personal information without permission, refused to give me his name, and kept telling me he'd worked there long enough. I agree! Maybe he just wants to get unemployment. I have always been treated well by helpful, service oriented people at Frank's. This guy was unreal and does not deserve to work here OR get unemployment Edit: I did finally get to talk to the manager, and feel satisfied with our discussion. I've been back (lots of bugs this time of year) and I've been treated fine.
