Store is always a mess, shelves are empty, stuff all over the floor, palettes of stuff to put away. HOWEVER, I think they are short staffed which could affect cleanliness. It is my favorite dollar store to shop at. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This store is always a complete disaster. Shelves are very rarely stocked & the aisles are always blocked with shipment carts & boxes waiting to be unpacked. Its pretty obvious that they are extremely understaffed, if thats not the case they desperately need a new store manager.

You just can't go wrong with any Dollar General. The employees are always helpful even when they are short handed. We try to stop at a Dollar General to avoid going to Wal-Mart.

They are severely understaffed, but the staff there do the best they can. (grocery stores in this residential area all closed, increasing their traffic) I'm sure their regional managers don't see how many people walk right out of the store when they see the line, which can reach through the length of the store itself. I'm giving 5 stars because every employee has been super nice to me this past year, they are always rushing, they care when I ask a question, and I can see they're doing the best they can. I like these people. This is a good store. I just wish this store was better cared for beyond the local staff, because this store is all we have on this heavily populated stretch of Broad River Road since the closing of the Walmart, Bi-Lo, and Kroger in this area!!!

Normally this is pretty typical Dollar General. Lots of stuff you need lots of stuff you don't need very reasonable prices. Not much help in the aisles oh, but how much help do you need. This store has been closing at 5 p.m. due to staffing issues which of the new manager says he has corrected. Such good news

Place is bad, they don't bother to stock shelves. Just leave everything in boxes on the floor. Takes roughly 15 mins in line everytime, even tho only 4 people will be in line. Just all around ghetto store. they don't care.

Brittney at the Broad River Rd location was fantastic! We had multiple coupons and products and she never got flustered or upset. She was amazing!! So friendly and helpful! The only problem we had was with the digital coupons not giving us the savings we expected. It's not written anywhere about limits on the coupons. We ended up putting a lot of our purchase back and Brittney was calm and smiling through it all!

You could not even move around with a buggy in this store. There were boxes everywhere! I went in looking for spray starch. I gave up! I saw customers reaching for handles on dusters to get things off of top shelves. Why? Let me be able to walk through the store without falling over boxes. A real disappointment but convenient location for purpose of request that was needed at the time.
