Store is always a little messy but the employees are nice. Most importantly they have a good selection of Pokemon Cards just about all the time 👌

Great all around. They need more help. They mama those workers do all that work and it’s stressful I see. Thank you to the workers that make the store great!

One of the most disorganized Family Dollars I have ever been to. Mess always all over the place. New merchandise on pellets on the floor on various aisles. There’s always just ONE cashier with at least 10-15 people in the line - the line literally goes down the aisle to the back of the store. I REFUSE to shop at this store, again. You can never go in and out to get what you need. You either can’t find it or you have to wait in the line 20+ mins. Ohhh and if the price rings up wrong- it doesn’t matter. They don’t care. They will NOT adjust the price to reflect what’s on the label on the shelves.

This particular Family Dollar was a hot mess. I purchased 2 packs of lightbulbs and when I reached the parking lot my husband said they were the wrong ones. I turned around and went back to exchange them for the correct ones. That exchange transaction was the worst ever...manager had to come up front and put money back on my card as a refund then I had to sign a receipt and they had to make me a copy of the original receipt and on and on. I got my money and left. No organization in this store whatsoever.

This is a long over due review!! I've recently moved to this side of town. Was happy because family dollar was close by. Very quickly did I realize this was not convenient. The manager is rude and can be heard all over the store yelling yes yelling at employees. Just being completely disrespectful to them and making the customers uncomfortable. My neighbors and I will not even stop by this store if more than 3 cars are in parking lot due to extremely long lines. Lines wrapped to back of store. While lately this has been getting better. I would suggest they have a second cashier on back up when lines do get crazy. This is suppose to be a pleasant experience. Manager needs to learn respect of employees and customers. I don't know how this place is still running. I figure her boss doesn't really care about the bussiness. Read all the reviews someone needs to do something.. Does family dollar care??

If I could give A zero rating I would. The assistant store manager named Nyc saw that the store was overcrowded. There were about 12 people online at the register, with one register open. I would be highly upset if I was The employee at the register. There were multiple employees walking around the store and when I asked the manager if he can open up another register because of the backed up line and being in the store almost 30 minutes he stated that his priority is the truck. There was no truck in the parking lot. So I guess he meant stocking. My Next question was so the stocking is more important then your 12 customer standing online and his response was yes. Multiple people on the line gasped at his response . And he plainly walked away. I have worked retail since I was able to work and any good manager would’ve taken 1 employee off the floor ( seeing as this store is very small and not the size of Walmart) and opened a new register to not only service paying customers but relieve some of the stress placed on the only employee at the one open register . Horrible response , horrible customer service . I am writing to corporate . Nick is rude and doesn’t know customer service if it was his job.

Very unprofessional environment! Line full of people extending to the aisles. One male associate working the register, with a customer who appears to be struggling with her card. While four other associates stand over by the computer talking as if the line is not getting long. And may I add one of those associates was the manager, because the only one working called her over to help with the card situation. You think she would've help but returned to talking to the other associates and a man who came in the store!

Went to purchase Renuzit. They refused to honor the price clearly marked on the shelf. These rung up for $5.00. They would not honor shelf price.

There are long lines with only one cashier. The manager is rude when you ask to open another line especially when you got 10 people waiting in line and people walking out. Your organization is losing money if this continues. Just wanted to let the owners know that prices on products do not match when item is rung up. Cheating and scamming customers on prices. Corporate needs to reevaluate this particular discount chain.
