VERY DIRTY, VERY UNORGANIZED, NOT NEAT AT ALL, EMPTY SHELVES, MGR. WHO HAD KEYS TO OPEN STORE CAME MINUTES LATE AND HAD A DURAG ON HIS HEAD AND JEANS WAS HANGING OFF HIS BUTT, DIDN'T GREET ME WHEN I CAME IN, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I WOULDN'T TELL NOBODY ABOUT THIS STORE OR TELL ANYBODY TO COME TO THIS STORE. 10/16/21 8AM✝️✝️✝️👎👎👎🙏🙏🙏

Great location! Fair prices. Lovely staff and good service. The only reason I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars is because the store aisles can be very confusing. One minute you need toiletries in one aisle and then you have to go all the way to the other side of the store for toilet paper. I know I shouldn’t complain and that’s not much to complain about but it would just make life a bit easier so I can go in get all of my stuff and get out with no complaints.

Horrible service. The girl at the register was rude. Didn't greet me, barked at me about my debit card. When I was through with the transaction I told her to have a great day and she ignored me. No name tag on so I don't know her name. I come here all the time and if this is how they allow their associates to treat customers I will go to another location.

I stopped by this store location which is coviently located near my job a few weeks ago, and they was fully stocked. It's conveniently located in a large shopping plaza so there is no issues with parking. Upon entering we was greeted by a friendly and courteous staff member. I was able to locate and find everything that I was searching for on this day. Upon checkout the customer service is very fast and very efficient....with hardly no wait time. I'm sure that I will be back in near future.

Great place to grab essentials and grocery items in my neighborhood, just across the Garner's Ferry, opposite VA hospital. The store is modest but you'll get milk, eggs, cookies, crackers and most baking ingredients. Also, chocolates, candies and drinks. They do have some utensils and cutlery but very basic, you won't have much choice. Same with clothes and beauty products as well as pet food. It's open all 7 days of the week, that's a huge plus point.

I like to go to Dollar General if I'm in a rush bc its more convenient than Wal-Mart. The problem though is that most DG I have been in are so cluttered you can't get around easily. A few times I couldn't even get down an aisle. It is not very convenient if you have a wheelchair.

This visit was for holiday sale items. Good sales after a holiday for stocking up for next year. Product clutter makes for hard to manover in aisles. All the stocking is done during store hours.

Carts all over the store FULL of merchandise blocking isles that I needed to shop on. No one was in a hurry to stock anything. Store overall looked unorganized & messy. I was going to buy somethings but it was either out or 2 big carts was blocking the isle. I just left .
