This is my second time using there services and My LAST!!!. I dropped my car off for 6 hours. When I came to pick up my vehicle. Not only did I have to walk outside with the cleaning person 3 times to check the car after I found areas that weren’t clean. My back seat had ice cream on the seat track. If I didn’t look back there they would have left it sticky ice cream spots still back there. When I pulled off I saw these areas (pictures are added below). The manner was rude when I couldn’t come the next day due to me already having prior engagements. I wasn’t expecting to have my car detail cleaned a second day in the row after it being there for 6 hours the first day. I tired to resolve the issue before writing this review. But I was hang up on after waiting on hold and rudely spoke to. Services: Steam cleaning, Seat shampooing, Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

Wonderful Experience! Took both of my cars in to get done back to back days! The whole team is awesome and pay close attention to detail with all work performed. Mr. Anthony took care of my vehicle and I couldn't be happier with the job he did! This is not a car washing business, it's better! They are professionals who detail the vehicle and provide that special care for your vehicle! I highly recommend Details Count! You will not be disappointed!!!

I’m new in town and desperately needed to find a detail shop. I’m a mom to two littlest ones, so as you can imagine, my car needed a lot of love. I called to book an appointment on Friday and was scheduled for an appointment by Saturday. My car got a full scrub inside and out. My finished car was almost too pretty to drive! The customer service was immaculate; warm, kind, professional, and attentive. This was my first time getting my car professional detailed. I will be back again! To begin, let me start off by saying the entire staff was very professional and compassionate about detailing my car for me. They were patient in assisting me and letting me know how the process works and what they recommend is best for my car with answering all my questions. My car was not in the best shape when first dropping it off to be serviced. With the amount of stains I had in my car from different things over the years, it would have been an impossible job for someone else who probably didn’t want to take the time to do it to complete. Luckily for me, Anthoney who detailed the car for me took the extra steps to assure that all my stains would be removed and he did just that. He has a Great attitude and was very caring about making sure my car would be removed of all stains. This was a great birthday present and I will be back in the future for many more services. Details Count is the best! Their service is worth every penny! My family of 6 are always on the go. Our car was beyond the point of no return...lol! But Details Count did it, they turned it around. Now it looks brand spanking new! The price was reasonable for what was needed and they took their time cleaning every nook and cranny. Even cleaned under the floors in my mini van. I think the owners name is Larry and he personally walked me through all that was done in the 2 days it took to clean. There were no hidden cost. I paid what was quoted and I am beyond pleased. I’ve used this place for years but the owner has definitely changed over time and I am not talking about growth of the business. He has gotten too cocky and has started to slight his customers, especially those that have supported him over the years from the beginning. The unprofessional attitude of talking about customers, employees and having an I don’t care attitude will eventually catch up to him and his business. I don’t wish anything bad, however, Karma comes with time. A lot of minority owned businesses want to complain about their own race always wanting discounts or not supporting them, however, I believe most people look for a discount or special everywhere they shop, if they are wise spenders (including you). So this is gripe is getting very old. Those minority business owners only tell their sides of the story but don’t tell the whole story of how they don’t uphold their end of the bargain or mistreat their customers and then get mad when the customers complain. Instead of making things right, they want to get unprofessional by talking bad about those same customers that help keep them in business. I’ve noticed lately that this business won’t return phone calls for appointments, even after they have received your messages. Therefore, I won’t beg to spend my money with this business or any business for that matter, especially if they can’t respect me as a consumer of their services. All the years of supporting this business, I’ve never asked for a discount, always treated their staff with the upmost respect and tipped well, but obviously that does not matter to this business. I can and will find other detail services that also does good work and I suggest that you do to. It’s only a matter of time that you experience the wrath of poor customer service from this business as others have tried to warn you. You have a choice on where you spend your money but I suggest you that you start looking for other services elsewhere if you are wise. This place has chosen to move more towards commercial accounts and is obviously only focused on the money without customer care. Warning to the business, treat those majority customers the same way you treat the minorities at your new location and you won’t be in business long or you won’t survive there. Reality is, you won’t! While my wash was good, customer service leaves much to be desired. As the intake process of my appointment was started, the gentleman at the counter proceeded to take at least a five minute phone call while I was standing there. Honestly, I prefer doing business with folks who don't make me feel that they're doing me a favor rather than treating people as valued customers. I don't think I'll ever come back. Better off washing my vehicles myself.
