For the first time in all the years I've used Frank's Car Wash, I left happy!! The only female working today was the one who cleaned my car. I could actually see she cared about her job and making me happy. Instead of using a dry cloth to touch a few spots on the interior, she used a wet cloth and actually wiped down every part of the interior. The windows were not streaked up this time. Very happy this ONE time, hope it continues. I will try to get the female next time I go -- wish I knew her name. She was AWESOME!!!!!

After paying for the highest price option, was very disappointed that I had to ask for the tire shine to be applied, when obviously they know it was not working. Very few towels available. For the cost you should have a mat cleaner, and air freshener available. I also had to wash/wipe my wheels. It''s as if they were completely missed by the machine, they were completely dry. I'm paying a monthly fee that includes tire shine. Every time I come through I notice there is no tire shine and I have to get out of my car and go in to get the shine physically put on. The lady finally tells me after several car washes and me having to go in every single time that the tire shine is broke. There is no sign to let people know but they are still charging for it and the light in the car wash still lights up as if its coming out but it's not. This is a big inconvenience on top of this being a brand new car wash I didn't think I would have to deal with these type of issues.

The staff was amazing! Very welcoming and provided good information about what each was does. Unfortunately when I got out of the wash I noticed my car was not that clean. There was still dust and dirt on the windows and the sunroof. As well as the vacuums aren’t that strong. First of all I didn’t even know about the selling of the car wash and there is a new name. Money has been taken out of my account still to this day and I need that money back and answers. I still purchased the unlimited because I though that maybe it was me because it’s been so long since I’ve been there but clearly it’s not me. To make matters worse I went through the car wash and you couldn’t even tell that I did because my doors had dirt and smudge marks all over them. As far as customer service, that was the best experience I can give about this car wash, the guy made sure I knew what to do and who to contact about refunding me all my money, I don’t even want the service! The young man that assisted me was very polite and knowledgeable. But I did let him know that I was not happy with how the previous owner ran it. Once I got done with the washing. Found that the tires did not get the Shine that was suppose to happen, the young man came out and applied it himself said they are working on getting it fixed. With this being a fairly new car wash it is sad to see that it wasn't maintained the way that it should be. Also it appears that the vacuum were getting fixed while I was there and they were low on towels. The gentlemen here were very helpful with showing me around my first time and helping me get my membership sorted out!!! They assisted me with my tires and gave me plenty of laughs during the time! I held them up about 15 minutes after closing time and they still didn’t rush me and helped me with my mats!!! I highly recommend and will definitely be back since I have a membership!!! This location is better than the Tara location which gives a much better wash and the vacuums are more powerful. For the past 3+ weeks they’ve been closed & the Tara location is out of my way. IDK how long I’ll keep paying for a membership that I’m not able to use & have to pay to go somewhere else.
