I am a CUSTOMER. Most importantly circlek associates, whether you like me or agree with me, I am a smoker, a driver, and I pay for the drink subscriptions. I am a customer and your job is customer service. It is in the freaking job title. There are a couple of nice clerks at this location. However, I baffles me that some clerks seem to prefer customers pee in the parking lot. I went into the restroom to change my clothes. I was listening to a sermon. The lady stood outside the door. And, now, whenever I go there the bathroom is "out of order". Unless, it's a different shift. I had a wig on last week, when she thought I was someone else, she was nice. Once she recognized me, her whole demeanor changed. The next day the door was locked. I am a customer and a citizen. Based on her accent, she may not be. What gives her the right to treat people like this?

Today I went to the store between 4:20 AM. There were several papers at the door I do not read English and less to write it always use my translator. A young man enters through the door screaming and I understood that he left things, we have to come out that if he had seen the role. I tell you I do not know English and he tells me screaming because you answer me then I explain with my translator and the attitude of him was never the best. I have the photo of the paper and did not put the time returning from the break. I missed the respect and above all the arrogant attitude of him coming screaming. Check security cameras at that time and you will see. He gave me a supposed name or identified himself as Junior Marksman.

Pump 9 is broken, do you actually expect someone to hold the pump for 40 gallons? I've had multiple problems with the card reader now it went to chip authorization.

I love this Circle K. The staff is always awesome. The manager is a sweetheart and will go out of her way to make sure you have a pleasant experience. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I came through getting coffee every morning the same way for two weeks then this lady got a additude with me then tried to charge me five dollars for my coffee entering in that I put in six Expresso shots. When I refused to pay she told me to leave that I was stealing the drink now on her counter. This happened at 730 am on wed, may 2nd. Just a FYI, I make double what your staff ever will. Not a their.

I used to come to this store a lot and never had any problems.I got a night shift job so I don’t get off til 5am and I have school 9am so since nothing is open when I get off circle k was very convenient.i went in there 07/15/18 around 5am-5:39am and I was coming to get a hot dog.i asked the lady which side is done she simply ignored me and when I went to grab with the utensils to get the jumbo hot dog she then want to tell me that it’s done so I put it back on the machine through the whole process she had an attitude but since I touch it I was going to buy it,I just wanted to make sure it was cook.the lady told me just take it home and warm it up in the microwave when I get home.i attempt to try to explain to the lady I don’t own a microwave because it carry toxins.she then proceeded in checking out a friend of mine.Since I was beyond disgusted with the lady attitude I just got the hot dog and went to check out and seeing that I got the same thing from the previous night I experience two different totals and when I ask the lady simply got rude I paid for my stuff and I was so upset with some of the comments and how she treated me I returned to ask when the store manager arrive she said she is the store manager and that I’m band for stealing a hot dog.umhm I make twice as much as I get paid.when I got home I tried to call but the same lady picked up.i always gave circle k my business the one on sunset Blvd in West Columbia never gave me a problem or on broad river I only come to the one on bush river because it’s closer.i paid cash and I think I left my receipt but I do plan on getting a lawyer involved if I get in trouble over something I paid for.i don’t care about being band from the store if this happened to me I’m sure a lot of other people experience it to
