9 Best car wash in Columbia, South Carolina (SC) 2024

This is my second time using there services and My LAST!!!. I dropped my car off for 6 hours. When I came to pick up my vehicle. Not only did I have to walk outside with the cleaning person 3 times to check the car after I found areas that weren’t clean. My back seat had ice cream on the seat track. If I didn’t look back there they would have left it sticky ice cream spots still back there. When I pulled off I saw these areas (pictures are added below). The manner was rude when I couldn’t come the next day due to me already having prior engagements. I wasn’t expecting to have my car detail cleaned a second day in the row after it being there for 6 hours the first day. I tired to resolve the issue before writing this review. But I was hang up on after waiting on hold and rudely spoke to. Services: Steam cleaning, Seat shampooing, Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming ~Ashley

For the first time in all the years I've used Frank's Car Wash, I left happy!! The only female working today was the one who cleaned my car. I could actually see she cared about her job and making me happy. Instead of using a dry cloth to touch a few spots on the interior, she used a wet cloth and actually wiped down every part of the interior. The windows were not streaked up this time. Very happy this ONE time, hope it continues. I will try to get the female next time I go -- wish I knew her name. She was AWESOME!!!!! ~Jay

I am a CUSTOMER. Most importantly circlek associates, whether you like me or agree with me, I am a smoker, a driver, and I pay for the drink subscriptions. I am a customer and your job is customer service. It is in the freaking job title. There are a couple of nice clerks at this location. However, I baffles me that some clerks seem to prefer customers pee in the parking lot. I went into the restroom to change my clothes. I was listening to a sermon. The lady stood outside the door. And, now, whenever I go there the bathroom is "out of order". Unless, it's a different shift. I had a wig on last week, when she thought I was someone else, she was nice. Once she recognized me, her whole demeanor changed. The next day the door was locked. I am a customer and a citizen. Based on her accent, she may not be. What gives her the right to treat people like this? ~Jennifer

It's 5pm and, once again, the three teenagers running the car wash have decided to go on siesta and close the lanes. Sick of paying for a membership I can't use because the workers are stealing time. This place used to be great back when they had employees with a good work ethic. Now, it's just plain garbage. If something isn't fixed, I'll be canceling my membership. ~Marvin

This store is terrible!!! I always wait a month or two to go back and give it another try and still it remains the same. Trash is always overflowing all over the place, the store never has what you need in stock and most of the employees are extremely rude every single time. It's pretty bad when the customer is the one to greet the employee and they can't even give you a simple hello or how are you doing back. Great customer service..... 🙄 ~Danielle

The staff is friendly but the wash itself is just ok, at best. I paid for the "better wash" (it suppose to clean the wheels, done the tires and apply wax. It didn't do a very good job. ~Radu

Gas station with many pumps easy to get to right off 277 to I-77N first exit. Great car wash thrift $8 up to with spray wax approx. $20. New Omicron Variant highly contagious. Wear a mask 😷 inside if you so choose. It is a personal choice. ~MLE

So I made an appointment a week and a half ago to get my car detailed at 8am. I’m sitting here waiting for someone to open up and no one is here. I’ve been waiting for a hour I guess they aren’t capable of managing appointments or giving courtesy calls if they will be opening later in the day or have me reschedule. I enjoy the car wash but for detailing I think I’ll have to go and get what I need elsewhere. Noted it is Veterans Day but when I scheduled in person they said they will be open at 8am and to bring my car. Service: Auto detailing ~Algia
