So I made an appointment a week and a half ago to get my car detailed at 8am. I’m sitting here waiting for someone to open up and no one is here. I’ve been waiting for a hour I guess they aren’t capable of managing appointments or giving courtesy calls if they will be opening later in the day or have me reschedule. I enjoy the car wash but for detailing I think I’ll have to go and get what I need elsewhere. Noted it is Veterans Day but when I scheduled in person they said they will be open at 8am and to bring my car. Service: Auto detailing

Sparkle car wash used to be the best car wash money could buy. They were the best as far as I was concerned. But they have been bought out by a new company. This new company has increased prices and deleted some of the services for a higher price. For instance, I used to pay $40 to have my car washed, waxed, vacuumed on the inside and my seats wiped down with Armorall. No the price for that same service is is $85 or $ 120. I paid $45 for a wash, wax and my dashboard wiped down. That is ridiculous. I can get that anywhere in Columbia for less than $15. I tried to talk to the manager but he said corporate, the new owners made this change. He even refuse to give me their number. So I told him this is the last time they will ever see me there again. And it dawned on me that others must’ve figured out the same thing too. This is Saturday. And Sparkle car wash is usually full of cars to wash. But today they were only six or seven cars in line. I will be boycotting that place until they realize that they are over charging EVERYONE.

The $45 Ultra Deluxe wash is gone and instead you can now pay $85 for the same thing thanks to new ownership. I understand business owners are having to raise prices, but DOUBLE? I guess it’s the DIY car wash from now on…

They raised the prices by $10, got rid of veterans discount and the wait time is about an hour on a slow day. I use to come here all the time, but today will be my last! Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Paid $34.00 for deluxe wash. Backseat, back floorboards not vacuumed. Trash can not emptied. Inside doors not wiped down nor was the trunk . They will not answer their phone and their voicemail is full. I will definitely not use them again Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I read some of the reviews. My car wash experience was different. My car was cleaned an vacuumed well. I took off a star because the owner LIED!!- The Tip box near the pay station is there for HER!!! That's why she pushes so hard for you to leave a tip. I asked her directly if the workers get the tips. She said the tips are divvied up at the end of the day and shared amongst the workers. I asked several workers who said they NEVER GET TIPS! Even the amounts left when credit cards are used go straight into her pocket. Please tip the workers directly. That lady is a Liar and a Cheat. Disgusting. The 2-stars are for those guys hustling in the heat.

Fast and affordable. My car always meets my expectations for cleaning. All the folks who work here are always professional and kind. I was a little shocked at how low the rating is, overall, considering the repeated positive experiences I have had over the last year. They didn’t vacuum my car at all and tried to give me the keys like they were finished! Then I asked them to vacuum 3 times to get all the spots they missed. Still after 3 times they did not wipe out the cup holders. They had an attitude and were bothered I kept asking them to fix things, manager said they dont re wash or do refunds. If I could give no stars, I would. I went to this “carwash” yesterday for the Super Deluxe wash. We waited a while for them to “vacuum” my truck (didn’t happen) or the suction wasn’t working, I don’t know. 🙄 It took a while for my truck to come around, then when it did, it sat. I watched a guy move it twice, throw a towel on back & walk away! He came back maybe 5/6mins later, opened the doors, climbed through each side doing who knows. Then he, waves the flag that he’s done. He tells me, I apologize for taking so long on your truck, if the pool at my moms house was open I would jump in it, its hot. I proceed to look inside my truck & there was stuff he sprayed all over and that he didn’t wipe it, front or back, the windows were not cleaned, but he certainly sprayed enough air freshener to choke you. I called the business this morning twice with no answer & the voicemail of course is full and can’t take any messages. I will never go here again & if you don’t like wasting your $$, I would recommend you don’t either!!
