The staff here are great, The branch Manager and her associate Brittany both deserve a raise they managed to deal with the impossible and helped me get into a nice rental just in time for me to go back to work with no repercussions they are both amazing at what they do and can do to help others!

I was charged hundreds of dollars more than what I expected to pay. I rented a car @$49/day or $250/week for 4 days. I was charged as expected. When extending the rental (over the phone with a live agent) I was quoted and charged the same rates (these charges posted as 'pending' on my debit account) as I expected. An extension of 3 days posted as a pending charge of ~$150, and then an additional extension of 2 weeks posted as a ~$500 charge. When returning the vehicle-- a full three days early, I thought those charges would simply clear, plus any toll charges, additional fees, etc. That is NOT what happened. I expected to pay ~$900. I was charged over $1580. I called customer service,l and spoke with a friendly but entirely unhelpful agent who explained to me that the rates must have changed between extensions. IF this were the case, then why was I initially charged $150 for 3 days (~$49/day) and then $500 for two weeks (~$250/week) when I was on the phone with the agent? If they had *quoted* me a rate ~$97/day or ~$397/week (what they later claimed they quoted me over the phone) I would have NOT EXTENDED and returned the car immediately. If I would have *been charged* what looked like $97/day or $397/week, I would have had a good reason to call right back that same day, NOT EXTEND and return the car immediately. But up until the next business day after returning the vehicle, I was under the impression that I was charged properly. It was only then that they all of a sudden charged me over $600 more than I expected. Not a light sum. I explained this to the agent I was complaining to (I swear, I was nice to her) exactly as I've explained it here. She said that I must have been quoted these ridiculous prices and that I must've agreed. I asked to speak with her supervisor. The supervisor was too busy about to go to lunch in 15-20 minutes to talk to me, and would only have time to call me back after about 90 minutes. No call came. They completely wrote me off. I felt ripped off and ignored. I felt scammed. I WAS scammed. So, now Hertz can deal with my bank and the charge back I claimed. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Go with Budget, Enterprise, or even Turo. Don't let them try and steal your money. I'm disgusted by their behavior. It's not their money to take. It's mine. And I should only pay what I agreed to pay. If there was a mistake they should've corrected it instead of gaslighting me by saying I agreed to a rate that I know I did not agree to.

I should trusted in the reviews when I tried to deal with them. I'm selecting this unit because I reserved the car here, but, all Hertz that I have been going did the same thing. I was trying to rent a commercial van and in the website it was giving me a very good rate, a unbelievable price, and all the hertz I went to get this van for a week, they gave a different excuse from another. Even that I could see the vans available in their parking lot the gave me an excuse. One of them said the amazon rented everything, other one told me they do not rent for walking ins, other said vans were not good, other told me somebody rented it last minute. It is a same to deal with a big company and have a situation like this, I almost lost my appointments. However I got a good deal of a truck in TURO APP and it was possible to do what i was needing to do. I'll never deal with these guys anymore.

They are really good people, but they tell me that Expedia does not know what vehicles they have in stock and Expedia will go ahead and rent to you even though they don't have the vehicles in stock that they say they do. Expedia cost us a solid days worth of work missed. The folks at Hertz really tried but were unable to take care of our needs. They were able to tell us the other locations that did have the vehicle that we needed in stock

Inconsiderate and rude staff. Stood in the airport for 3 hours with my 2 year old little girl after paying over $200 for a car I DID NOT receive. We had to go to ace rentals for help because they refused to do anything about it or refund our money. Mark at Ace was super helpful and got me and my baby on our way safely.

I filed a BBB complaint. DON’T RENT HERE. I rented a car here through my insurance company. The car was filthy even though they advertise that they sanitize the vehicles. I had to clean the interior myself and disinfect it. The manager’s name is Quarina. She’s the worst!! I told her that they over-charged me because I asked for a compact car and they gave me a full size vehicle. I also asked for a discount because of the supplies I had to buy to disinfect the car and it took three days of letting the cat air out while I was at work to get the smell out of the car. I had to spray the seats with Lysol. That didn’t work so I sprayed all the seats with vinegar for 3 days. She said she would give the discount and lower the rate to compact. She never did and I never heard from her again. A month later I got a call from Hertz and from my insurance company saying I needed to return the vehicle. Quarina never closed the rental to stop billing me and my insurance company. I see other posts from other people saying the keep getting charged even though they returned the vehicle. Quarina doesn’t close the rentals in the system so she can get more money from the rentals while renting the car to the next customer. I filed a BBB complaint and weeks later they still hadn’t responded after two notices from the BBB.

Everyone must wait at least 30+ minutes for a car even if they had a reservation. Customers got frantic looking for SOMEONE to help them after waiting over 20 min. I waited 45 minutes and was much later to work than I anticipated being.

Came here to get a rental after an accident. Excellent customer service and the staff went above and beyond to help me with the insurance company. Recently another car rental company dropped my reservation and I needed a car in a pinch. I called the manager who I dealt with before at Hertz and he took care of getting me a new car fast!! This location is a hidden gem for car rentals.

I've tried to be in contact with this office to understand why I keep receiving a charge of around 100$ every day. But nobody got back to me yet. I rented the Hyundai JJYB31 on Nov 8th for 2 days, returned it on Nov 10. Deposit hasn't be returned as those extra charges
