Always, always so helpful. If a data transfer is going to take more than 20 minutes I highly recommend the Ramen restaurant across the way.

I am very grateful to Johnny who very patiently helped my senior parents get a new phone that would work with the new 5G. They were nervous and apprehensive since they had a very old plan and used the phone mostly for emergency purposes. IT is not one of their favorite things since it takes them out of their comfort zone. But Johnny did a great job with them and they walked away with a bit more confidence and a great experience. Thanks, Johnny! You rock!

Paid my bill, asked for help with my phone, but because it's a LG (that they sold me) no one knew how to help me. They all had I phones. Was very disappointed that they didn't even try to help me, just wanted me to buy a new phone.

I went in and got greeted immediately. A very nice and helpful employee, Stephen helped us. The process was short and very professional and he answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend this store. 🤗

Let me start by saying that I am not a T-Mobile customer. I took my mother to get a new phone. I poke to Gabriel Martinez. He was very helpfull. Not only he took his time to explain the phone option, after the purchase he helped with the transfer of all data to the new phone which took about 30 minutes. He took his time. Didn't rushed us out the door, even though the store was full of customers. If I ever decide to switch carriers, I will definitely will go to there again.

Steven is an awesome employee, the only guy i go to everytime at this location, everyone else has a pretty bad attitude, like they look down on you or they think they're better than you.. Steven recently solved an issue i had with the phone i recently bought there (by the way, he was the one assisting me that they i bought it) my phone's reception was soo bad i couldn't even load a video, and call would drop and messages would not send so i went and he was super knowledgeable and hes always so polite and professional. I wanted to write a review because i forgot to go back to the store and actually thank him in person but i think thi will benefit him a little more. Keep it up Steven youre awesome. 👏

I highly recommend this location in case you are struggling with any issues or in need of services. I had went in on Sunday Afternoon with my husband because I was not able to get my phone to function properly. Both Gentlemen were so professional and kind . I believe Jonathan was his name who fixed the issue on my phone and was very nice and guided us through the issue .I highly recommend this location.

DO NOT PAY THE ACTIVATION FEE! Terrible experience. Unprofessional and untrained staff. The representative who assisted me didn't know what he was doing it took him hours to open a new line and add a new phone. He also told me that i had to pay an assisted activation fee to active my new phone. I told him i could do it myself but he insisted that i had to do it there and pay a $20 fee. The rest of the staff just watched as he lied to my face even the supervisor watched on and allowed it. I was charged$20 to watch him insert the sim card and turn the phone on. That's it, that's the activation. Don't let them charge you activation fee when it literally takes 5 min to do it yourself. I called tmobile on the 800 number and got my $20 credit and filed a complaint i suggest everyone else does the same. Never going back to this store. Btw they also wanted me to switch my Sprint sim card for a tmobile one in the store as well and i bet they would want to charge for that as well don't let them charge you these false fees switch the sim card yourself by calling tmobile or go to tmobile.com. If they did this to you i suggest you call tmobile and get your money back and file a complaint like i just did.
