Disgusted and disappointed with the service that I received here at this location I went in and asked about the sim swap the gentle here told me that the sim card wouldn't fit my phone and that I would have to purchase another one however I wasn't happy with his body language or his service so if I even needed to purchase another phone I refused to purchase it at this location and not with him at all so I politely turned around and walked out. I feel like he was trying to get over on me because I went to another store and got exactly what I asked for without any hassle or any talk of purchasing another phone this location is not an honest or fair place they will try to make you do something like spend money with them which is unnecessary and unfair to us as consumers. Always get a second opinion if you go to this location for anything they aren't honest.
