No phones on display to browse, the customer service i can't really rate accurately going off of just one employee. Even if it was an unpleasant experience, just wouldn't be right. Not the best store out there overall, hopefully they have since actually added phones to look at.

Della provided exceptional customer service especially in managing the 1 person at a time in the store. She was the only one working at the time and didn't make me feel rushed with all my questions. She was respectful when addressing customers coming in that it was 1 at a time, but she'll service them as soon as she can. Definitely will be back to purchase from Della! Nice and cheery😊
