Went in to get some help with my phone which was not working right. The girl tried very hard but couldn't fix the problem. When she asked the manager for help he didn't even come over even though he was not helping anyone but just said "that's the way it is". Extremely rude! I will never set foot in that store again. Went Folsom Blve store and got problem solved easily and courtiously. James

Went there over something I have discussed with tmobile over the phone to add insurance for existing phones I have One of the girls behind the desk was helping me (or I hoped she could) didn't feel like she has the time to explain as if she's trained to talk instead of listening to the issue or question that i have So I left the store and called tmobile team again and they told me the same thing So I went back to the store and explained to them the issue and if they could get tmobile on the line the female customer rep says let me go ask my manager Manager comes out stinks of cig smell and says their is no open enrollment and we cannot get t mobile on the phone then he turns around after insisting on not getting someone from tmobile on the line .keep in my mind this is a cellular store that can't get someone from headquarter on the line Very rude and horrible customer service to be honest Take your business else where

Outstanding service, yes there may be a small wait time due to the fact that this place is busy most of the time, but in the end it’s worth it! It’s all about having patience with them like they have with you. I’m super satisfied at the fact that they help me to fulfill my needs. Can’t blame them for the promotions they carry, it’s not up to them how the promotions run and how they come and go. Other than that, I’m happy with coming to this store when in need of a new device or just have questions. Thank you T-Mobile. 🤝👌

Bought my Note4 there two years ago. The Hispanic guy there was very polite and professional. Explained how all the policies work and offered some nice accessories that I needed. I'm satisfied with their good customer service.

Needed to return a T-Mobile CellSpot that was sent to me by a T-Mobile representative for an issue that was resolved by something else. When I arrived, I was greeted and added to a waiting list with a wait time of about 30 minutes. Definitely try to avoid going into the store late afternoon or evening as this is when most people are coming in. Was somewhat uncomfortable waiting inside of the store, not sure if their AC wasn't working or what the deal was.

I have visited this location several times and they always seem to be super busy and have long lines. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that my experiences here have been pleasant. The employees have been very helpful and nice. I will continue to use this location.

Twice today I called the store at Franklin Blvd at 3:37 pm and at 4:57 pm. Twice I was put on hold. The first time I waited for an unusual amount of time, and then I just waited to see how long it would take for the staff to answer the phone. After 1 hour and 17 min I just hung up. The second time I called the store and again I was placed on hold, so after a long wait, I decided to wait to see if they would ever pick up. After and hour and 28 min I again gave up. THIS IS A WARNING TO NEW CUSTOMERS, UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO GO INTO THE STORE TO GET YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED, FORGET ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE. I have never incurred such RUDE PERSONNEL answering phone. It is very obvious to me that the personnel have never had any training on how to answer the phone, let alone render customer service. I was also in the store on Saturday the 6th of June to pick up a signal booster. The clerk who helped me was not sure of the device I was asking for, so he checked with his manager. The manager confirmed his suggestion. I had my technician on the phone to clarify the devise we were asking for and still we got the same answer. When the technician installed the devise, sure enough, wrong devise. The devise was for use with WiFi, which both representatives were told at the time was not what we needed, but we foolishly believed the store representative was correct and we were wrong. The store personnel are just not trained to deal with anything that is not a hand held telephone. Simply stated, customer service at this store really sucks.
