I have bought 2 Mazdas and 2 leases from Gunther and would not want to go anywhere else . Terry, my Service Representative is professional and so personable. The service area is impeccable and comfortable. If you are in the market to buy a car, see Jody and will guarantee it is the best experience you'll have when leasing and/ or buying a Mazda. The one thing I would suggest to the service department is to have a car wash service added to the regular maintenance of the vehicles.

Went in for an oil and filter change on my CX-9 and the service advisor recommended a tire rotation because my front tires were worn. I agreed and paid for the service once the vehicle was completed. A few hours upon returning home, I decided to take a look at the "rotated tires", to find out they were never rotated. After many attempts at reaching the dealership via phone, I was finally able to get in contact with my advisor and to make a long story short, no meaningful resolution was provided for the inconvenience that was caused. I now have to find a local service center to have my tires rotated when it should have already been done. Usually don't have a problem with this dealership to be fair, but I feel like nothing was really done to make it up to the customer.

I inquired about the 2022 Soul Crystal Red Miata Grand Touring at this dealership. I've been looking for a red one with this trim for quite some time and wanted to purchase one immediately. I searched every state and city, and either the dealership does not have the car, has it in the wrong color, has it on order and will arrive in a few weeks, or I have to build one. Finally, I found Gunther. I called them and spoke with Jim Collins, the salesman. I inquired about the car's availability, and Jim confirms that it is available. I was overjoyed and informed him over the phone that I had called numerous dealerships across the country and had finally located it. I informed him that I intended to purchase the car that day. Sadly, he exploited this and informed me that the car was extremely popular. The manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) includes the destination fee of $34,175. Jim informed me that because it is "popular" and the car dealership has been unable to sell many cars, there is a $4000 addendum. Before taxes and registration, the total came to $38,175.00. I immediately declined and requested that he reduce the price and send me a price breakdown with an out-the-door price on paper. He then used scarcity sales tactics and, when asked for the price breakdown, pretended to have another customer on the line and was rushing to end the call in order to convince me to purchase the car immediately. I dialed the dealership's phone number and requested a transfer to Jim, who answered when he supposedly had a customer. I informed him that I had called and he immediately hung up. Jim called me ten minutes later to inform me that his manager had agreed to allow him to sell it for $35,175. I informed him that I was only interested in the MSRP and requested that he send me another price breakdown. He agreed to give me a breakdown and I never heard from him again. What a moron. He was attempting to scare me into purchasing the car the entire time and would not even be patient in addressing my concerns. Because I was so desperate for this car, I decided to contact the dealership the following morning. When the directory assistant inquired as to whether I had a specific salesperson in mind, I stated that I did not. I wanted to see if the other salesmen could assist me in acquiring the vehicle. I obtained the services of Oliver Andrew, the salesman. This time, I inquired about the car's availability without informing him that I had contacted nearly every dealership in the country and that I genuinely desired this vehicle. He confirmed the availability and quoted me with the $4000 addendum once more. I informed him that I would only purchase the vehicle at the manufacturer's suggested retail price, and he stated that he would check with his manager. He calls me five minutes later and says the best they can do is $35,175, which is the figure Jim quoted me. I informed Oliver that I was prepared to purchase the car immediately if he reduced the price to the MSRP. He inquires as to whether I have another vehicle at home. I informed him of my ownership of a Toyota. Then he stated that he could reduce the price by $1000 to the MSRP due to a "competitors discount." When he requested proof of registration for the Toyota, I explained that I own the vehicle but it is registered to someone else. He initially assured me that it was fine, but then calls me back to inform me that his manager has instructed him that it must be under my name. He stated that he would have to charge me $1000 more than the MSRP again as a result of this. I used one of my negotiating tricks and said I'd have to think about it, and just as I expected, he called me back and said he'd checked with his manager and we could do MSRP. I flew down to Florida and found Oliver to be quite pleasant. He gave my mother and me water and showed the car's features to me. When I entered the finance department, they attempted to sell me Toyota financing at 3.9 percent for six years, when Mazda offers 1.9 percent for three years.

Once again extremely impressed with our experience at Gunther Mazda. This is the second Mazda CX-9 we’ve leased from them. The price was exactly what Bobbie told us the lease would be; there were no surprises. Bill the salesman was honest and very professional. Gunther Mazda truly stands by their slogan "for car buying done your way, you gotta get to Gunther" and I totally agree! I had a Honda for 20 years, and was ready to try a different make and model of car because Honda hasn't changed their CR-Vs since 2017, so I wanted to take my business elsewhere. I saw online that Mazda CX-5 was a comparable car, and more reliable and had better enhancements than my CR-V. So I wanted to give them a test drive and experience it for myself. I looked at multiple Mazda dealerships in Miami Dade and Broward Counties and it seemed like Gunther Mazda had the most Mazda cars on the lot. I walked in and was greeted by Nic on the sales team and he was very nice and welcoming and talked to me and my partner about the CX-5 and showed us one that was inside on the lot. He then offered to let us take one on a test drive and we took it around the city streets and also up on 595 to check it's highway performance. He then took us to the garage where all of the CX-5s were and took us one by one to show us the difference between the levels of CX-5 to highlight the differences in each. I decided on the CX-5 touring class, but also had my Honda CR-V to figure out how to get rid of as well as it was nearing the end of my lease. Honda was being very difficult in letting me out of it, but the team at Gunther provided me with advise on how to proceed in getting rid of my Honda. I went back and forth with Nic and the sales manager team at Gunther on my lease price over a day or two but in the end of the day we came to a price that worked for both parties. I loved how during the negotiation phase Nic was very accessible and had everything in motion to where all I had to do was come back to the dealership and sign the papers for the deal, and go to finance to complete the rest. I was in and out in no longer than 30 minutes, and the car was detailed and ready to go for me. It truly was a phenomenal experience and I highly recommend Gunther to anyone in the market for a Mazda.

Short story: Gunther Mazda service is excellent and I will be returning. Slightly longer: Six weeks ago my driver-side door internal handle stopped opening the door and I had to roll down the window to use the external handle. I called two different dealers and they were taking appointments a week out. I was in the middle of starting a new job and finding a house to buy and decided to take it to a local small shop. What a costly mistake. They didn’t have the parts, twice the parts they ordered weren’t what the repair needed and I had to return three times over 5 weeks. The last time the “mechanic” didn’t put the door back together properly and as a result the window came off it’s track and wouldn’t open or close properly. Having found a house, I phoned a dealership slightly closer than Gunther but they couldn’t take me and the person answering the phone was abrupt and uncaring. I called Gunther next and spoke to Ana. What a difference! She truly cared and said that although they didn’t have an appointment available until next week I could come as a walk in. When I arrived Erickson was also helpful, kind and efficient. They got it all working again as they had the parts in stock and I was on my way in under 2 hours. Yes it was more expensive than the small shop for the original job I needed done but had I gone to them in the first place they wouldn’t have had to fix the mess the first shop did. I’ve gone to several Mazda dealerships in the past and honestly haven’t been impressed with the service (I do love my Mazda3 however). I am impressed with Gunther service and will return.

My experience using the service department was great. I needed a trunk lock repair and stopped by for an estimate. It sounded reasonable and I made the appointment for a few days later. Everything went so smoothly. When I arrived I was greeted and they were expecting me. It didn’t take long to drop off and I received texts for updates. The price was the same as estimated and I was given one other thing in need of repair and given the estimate so I can return when I’m ready to do that! Very satisfied! Thank you!
