This place is full of hustlers. This guy Frank says its okay to bring in your own parts then claims they don't fit? A rotor I paid $50 for he tries and sell me for $150. I negotiate down to $80 because my car is already on the lift he says. They give you one price and then change it when it is time to pay. PEOPLE BE CAREFUL. THEY WILL TRY AND GET YOU.

Had an appointment to get a tire replaced. Apparently it takes multiple professionals with ALL the equipment two hours (and counting) to replace a SINGLE tire. 2/10...DO NOT RECOMMEND. I am sure people only come here due to its location which is convenient for Annandale residents. Ugh.

I had an alignment warranty from out of state and they honored it. They’re very busy, and so I planned to leave my car there the e tire even with an appointment but it was fair pricing. Very satisfied!

I am giving Pep Boys in Annadle Va five stars. So first I called before driving out there about a fuse that was out in my car. Frank was very tentative to my needs to get this situation resolved. His customer service was EXCELLENT and his humor made the visit that much more enjoyable. It was definitely worth the drive and I will definitely be back for further service in the future. Thank you Frank !!! Also the customer service in the store front was also great the gentleman was very helpful in helping me to find the fuse piece I needed for my car.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My dad and I have been coming to this place for years to get our cars serviced whether it’s an oil change or maintenance or anything. Over the years I have seen my dad come back more and more frustrated and disappointed with the service because of how slow it is. Many many times my dad has made appointments and each time it is useless as he shows up on time but yet every time it will take about 1-2 hours for them to even bring the car inside to begin to work on it. Just today my dad had an appointment at 3pm which he had to cancel once he was there because they had one staff member who told him he had too many cars and to come back another day. What is the point of having appointments when you are not going to service them at that time? If it is an issue with staffing then why accept more appointments than staff can take at that time? I understand things happen but there is NO reason we should have to wait 1-2 every single time for a service to get done. I do not recommend going here at all unless you don’t have plans for an entire day. The wait is unreasonably long and the staff do not seem to enjoy or care for their jobs. You’re better off getting the same services at other locations. It’s a shame, my dad has been a loyal and patient customer for 15+ years but this last experience has caused him to look elsewhere.

I was still facing a 5 1/2 hour drive home, (after 6 pm) when I ran over something on 495, that immediately blew out my tire! My dog and I were fine as I safely made it to the left shoulder. I had help putting on my spare. I called Annendale Pep Boys, spoke with the manager Edwin, a very kind man who said he was not leaving me in a crisis situation, said come right over he'd change my tire himself!.... and he did! Said he'd only been manager just over a month. I'd say he's well on his way to proving them to being a top notch shop! Thank you!!!

Avoid this place. They received a perfectly serviceable car for inspection before purchase. There were no problems with the check burning or something else. After they connected the car to their computer, absolutely all the lights lit up! They said they didn't know what happened and couldn't fix it. They just gave the car to my shocked husband and said there was nothing they could do. Now we are forced to look for a professional who will fix it all. It's just awful, they know how to mess it up, but they can't fix it! Previously, at another service, we received a response that this was due to the fact that they are using unauthorized equipment. Is it professional?

My experience wasn’t great at all. The only reason why I decided to purchase was due to their current sales promotion. The waiting area was filthy to say the least. I originally was scheduled for a 9:30 AM Appointment in Alexandria. Unfortunately they were unable to fulfill my appointment due to one service tech. The next available location was Annandale…. I called to schedule an appointment…. No One Ever Answered The Phone…. I contacted the location multiple times… Still no answer…. Then I drove 27 minutes to the location to schedule an appointment. Luckily my tires were in stock and the availability for appointment. Arriving a day later at 9:58 Am for my appointment at 10:00 AM. I was notified that the service would take 2 Hours Max. Arriving back at 11:35 turned in after 1 PM. The staff decided to take a collective break while leaving my car untouched. I asked why? The representative gave me a bogus excuse instead of acknowledging the lack of communication, speed and transparency in the matter. Not to mention several of the staff member didn’t wear face masks inside the building or while servicing cars! I was really hopeful for a better experience. Maybe better luck next time….

This store is poorly managed. Amelio, the service manager called me once after I contacted customer care about my complaint. Get to the store and an appointment to get 4 new tires installed waited almost an hour and half then the advisor calls me and say they can't find the 4th tire. Like what!!! You had me sit here all this time and you don't have all four tires. Amelio, called me one time left a message I called him back multiple times still no answer. He don't even call from his personal or work number. He calls from the store knowing he's not going to be there everyday. The pep boys down here needs to be closed. Or FIRE AMELIO!!! THE STORE IS FILTHY! COULDN'T EVEN FIND A SPACE TO PARK SO MANY ABANDONED CARS IN THE LOT. I will never return.

This shop is horrible, unprofessional work ethic , DONT EVER GO HERE!!! I got 4 new tires shipped there from Amazon to get them installed my appointment was at 1pm left there around 4pm due then being slow. Plus that’s not it they broke my tire pressure sensor, total idiots working there, they don’t care about your car. Carlos however got new ones and had them installed but still the tpms light wasn’t going away until I went to the dealer. Be aware the waiting area is disgusting, absolutely poor management, I don’t recommend this shop to anyone.
