This place needs an update. None of the card machines at the pumps work, some of the pumps don't even work and they're all dirty or look like they've been on fire recently. Is BP not making enough money to keep their franchisees up to date? It's not a good look. Crazy stuff... ~David

Nice people, the clothing was nice, though on the pricey side. Be sure to haggle a but. The employee swiped the card but it didn't go through and, instead of using another card, continued to scan the card, scratching it significantly. She did not give back the card on request, causing the card to be locked.. Be sure to use cash should you go here. ~Kyra

Lambros sells some of the most exquisite and beautiful collection I have seen in one store. The jewelry is sold at an affordable rate as well. Lambros is very personable and goes above and beyond in caring for his customers and helping them find unique jewelry that fits their needs. My husband had my engagement and wedding ring designed at Lambros. It is the only place my in laws and I go for jewelry now. ~Stephanie

I went in for a new phone but didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. James was super helpful and answered all of my questions. He was able to direct me to the phone right for me and get it set up quickly. He was also great in letting me know what Verizon services were available to me. My husband and I are new to the area and it’s great to know there is friendly Verizon customer service nearby when we need it! ~Kieran

My experience wasn’t great at all. The only reason why I decided to purchase was due to their current sales promotion. The waiting area was filthy to say the least. I originally was scheduled for a 9:30 AM Appointment in Alexandria. Unfortunately they were unable to fulfill my appointment due to one service tech. The next available location was Annandale…. I called to schedule an appointment…. No One Ever Answered The Phone…. I contacted the location multiple times… Still no answer…. Then I drove 27 minutes to the location to schedule an appointment. Luckily my tires were in stock and the availability for appointment. Arriving a day later at 9:58 Am for my appointment at 10:00 AM. I was notified that the service would take 2 Hours Max. Arriving back at 11:35 turned in after 1 PM. The staff decided to take a collective break while leaving my car untouched. I asked why? The representative gave me a bogus excuse instead of acknowledging the lack of communication, speed and transparency in the matter. Not to mention several of the staff member didn’t wear face masks inside the building or while servicing cars! I was really hopeful for a better experience. Maybe better luck next time…. ~D

First time to a Jiffy Lube and I was surprised. Comparable prices to a local shop back home but much, MUCH quicker service. The manager on duty, Alex, was amazing and helpful. I really hope to drop in here again. ~Ukvayat
