This place came highly recommended by members of a local fb group. They did not disappoint. Have taken both my older cars there recently. Jobs done quickly and at or less than the estimate. One job was done for $150 LESS than I authorized! Honest guys.

So easy to work with. I made an appointment and brought the car in for a second opinion of work needed as well as an inspection. They did just that AND Nick was even able to identify the culprit of a long-running issue with our car and get it repaired the same day! This was my first time using Howard's, but now I understand why they come so highly recommended. We will be glad to give them our business again when our car needs work!

Honest and fair pricing. After relocating back to VA I shopped around for a new mechanic shop and tried a few different shops within a 50 mile radius. I'm no mechanic but I like to work on my vehicles myself when it's within my capabilities. When it's outside of my capabilities Howards is where I continue to take my vehicles, that should tell you all you need to know.

I have been taking my vehicles to them for over 10 years and will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Here are the reasons why I like Howard Motor's so much: 1. Trustworthy. These guys are very honest about the work that needs to be performed. No gimmicks or upselling. 2. Quality. When you get something fixed here you know it is done right. 3. Schedule. The work gets done in a timely manner, and their quotes are usually spot on. They aren't the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for.

I've taken many of our company vehicles as well as my personal cars here for many years. This is a fabulous mechanic shop. They don't do everything: they are kind of selective about what they do. But if they do it, it's done right, quickly, and at a perfectly fair price. Highly recommended!

I took my car to another location at first. I told them that my car was making a very loud rumbling and rattling noise. After looking at it they told me they didn't know what was wrong and my cars mileage was too low to worry about it. A couple weeks went by and the noise got louder. I took it to Howard's and they told me my bearing needed to be replaced. Within an hour they had it fixed and my car has never been quieter. Never going to that other place again!

I've had vehicles inspected, serviced, and have purchased tires from Howard and they're always incredibly fair and a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them enough.
