Best auto repair shop in Williamsburg, Virginia (VA) 2024

So easy to work with. I made an appointment and brought the car in for a second opinion of work needed as well as an inspection. They did just that AND Nick was even able to identify the culprit of a long-running issue with our car and get it repaired the same day! This was my first time using Howard's, but now I understand why they come so highly recommended. We will be glad to give them our business again when our car needs work! ~Lydia

I am so Happy I went to Auto Haus of Williamsburg and drove away in the vehicle of my dreams. Harrison was my salesman and he was absolutely wonderful. I could not be happier. He is so cool, and not pushy at all. He was knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. My vehicle is a perfect fit for everything that I wanted and hoped for. Satellite, PLEASE do something to improve your automated electronic butler when prospective clients call in to ask a simple question. 'She' gives four options that don't apply, continuing with asking for a representative yields more frustration with 'her' asking the same inapplicable questions over and over. There is seemingly no way past this roadblock. I have no idea how good you are as a business because I wasn't given the opportunity to use you, but your automated voice is a horrible first impression. I know you can do better and hope you do. I wish you all the best and offer this review only in the event it may prove to be helpful to you. UPDATE: I received a very nice and immediate response from Safelite asking me to please contact them with the website address given. I did so and after chatting with a delightful Elizabeth was given the answer I needed. Perfect, and I'm grateful for them reaching out to me to resolve. Thank you. ~Ben

This will now be my new place for car repairs! The undercarriage of my car was coming apart and needed new screws or fasteners. I went to Auto Zone with the hopes they'd be able to help me once I bought the pieces. I understand it's not their job to work on cars but I was unable to get it aligned. I decided to go across the street to Meineke. I didn't have high hopes as it was 1pm on a Saturday and I knew they'd be super busy. To much surprise they said give them 30 minutes and they'll help me out. I felt such a relief. The wait was just that and they were able to at least get everything in place. Although busted & missing a few pieces it was safe to drive and that's all I needed. I'm not sure if Rudy was the person who worked on my car or at the front desk but both were wonderful.
