Satellite, PLEASE do something to improve your automated electronic butler when prospective clients call in to ask a simple question. 'She' gives four options that don't apply, continuing with asking for a representative yields more frustration with 'her' asking the same inapplicable questions over and over. There is seemingly no way past this roadblock. I have no idea how good you are as a business because I wasn't given the opportunity to use you, but your automated voice is a horrible first impression. I know you can do better and hope you do. I wish you all the best and offer this review only in the event it may prove to be helpful to you. UPDATE: I received a very nice and immediate response from Safelite asking me to please contact them with the website address given. I did so and after chatting with a delightful Elizabeth was given the answer I needed. Perfect, and I'm grateful for them reaching out to me to resolve. Thank you. ~Ben
