Satellite, PLEASE do something to improve your automated electronic butler when prospective clients call in to ask a simple question. 'She' gives four options that don't apply, continuing with asking for a representative yields more frustration with 'her' asking the same inapplicable questions over and over. There is seemingly no way past this roadblock. I have no idea how good you are as a business because I wasn't given the opportunity to use you, but your automated voice is a horrible first impression. I know you can do better and hope you do. I wish you all the best and offer this review only in the event it may prove to be helpful to you. UPDATE: I received a very nice and immediate response from Safelite asking me to please contact them with the website address given. I did so and after chatting with a delightful Elizabeth was given the answer I needed. Perfect, and I'm grateful for them reaching out to me to resolve. Thank you.

Local Honda Service Departments do not perform work involving glass. Honda Service Departments are willing to provide estimates for such work that they do not perform, for example, for insurance purposes. Our 2019 Honda Odyssey developed a crack in the driver-side sliding door window. Our insurance uses Safelite as their primary glass repair shop. The folks at Safelite in Williamsburg are friendly, professional and perform the work on the schedule they tell you prior to the repair. In addition, text messages are sent to let you know when the actual work begins and when the work completes. Any owner costs such as insurance deductibles are collected after the work is performed. The receipt shows the work performed by Safelite to be significantly cheaper than Honda estimates. I waited for the work to be completed. The waiting room provided coffee, refrigerated bottled water and chips as well as a very clean restroom. These amenities were very much appreciated. Testing of the sliding door window after work completion showed the window to raise and lower quietly and reliably.

Feel like in the long run I should have gotten them to replace my windshield instead of fixing the 2 smaller cracks. One completely disappeared the other is still visible from the inside of the car only. But overall as pleased as I've been on the other occasions I've used their services.

We brought our car to have the windshield replaced (which cost 4 figures) and it was not done correctly. Now we’re stuck with an improper windshield while they field insurance before the can order the right glass and wait a month for a warranty appointment? All while we cannot reach the local office by phone and get a national safelite automated recording when we call. Super frustrating. 0/10 recommend!

Made an appointment a week ago to have my windshield replaced and Safelite was supposed to be at my house yesterday between 12-6. At 6:15 still no show. I call customer service and the nice lady tried calling the technician. He didn’t answer. Requested that the manager call us and guess what…. NO one has called. I will never recommend this business to anyone and I will file a complaint with BBB. I understand things happen. Just call and tell us, I would have been very understanding ( I’m a small business owner myself, things happen) but to not show and not call is BAD business. It’s crazy when the customer service guy today tells you to give up on the Williamsburg store because they never answer there phone.

Horrible experience! They left broken glass shards all over my driveway! They never even told me to watch out for broken glass! My 6 year old son was walking across the driveway and almost got a 3” shard in his foot! I am infuriated! This is unacceptable. Service: Auto windshield replacement

Will not use Safelite again and do not recommend. Bad work and poor customer service. A week ago, the first time they repaired my windshield a ding was left in the corner. My husband didn't notice it but I did 2 hours later when I got home from work. We took a picture and called right away but the company gave us a hard time. Within a day the windshield had cracked further from the initial ding, and was worse then my original windshield. We had to bring the car into the shop to have a "second opinion" and Safelite finally decided they would replace the windshield again, a week later. Today the installer made another comment about the crack being our fault. Ridiculous
