Was very upset when I was on my way back from a vacation and a large bird flew into my windshield and shattered it. These guys towed my car to their shop, and then fixed my windshield right away (less than 24 hours), and when there was a problem with the new windshield it was no hassle they fixed it with a smile. I highly recommend them to anyone needing glass repair.

My wife and I were on our way to the beach when we hit a deer. Chris came and towed us back to the shop. Bobby and everyone there were very nice. They let us and our dog wait inside while we waited for our daughter in law to come and get us. They were great , they offered to order us some food or told us we could use one of their cars to go and get something if we wanted. They made an unpleasant experience a positive one. Thanks guy!!! Broke down on a Sunday. I have a roadside assistance plan, however, over an hour later they still did not have a wrecker dispatched. I googled wrecker companies in the area. Third street wrecker was there in 30 minutes. A very nice and helpful young man!

By far the best tow company in the area. The drivers are fast, professional, and efficient. I'm most impressed with the attention given to ensure the vehicle is taken care of and remains damage free. I have been a customer for many years and always found Bobby and Rex to be very honest and fair in all business dealings. Their service on tires is great also! Chris towed our 25' RV from Arrington to Midlothian VA yesterday. He had us hooked up in no time. He took special care to ensure that he avoided tree lines and bridges as we were reaching the height limit. He is a great tour guide as well as we're not locals and we had some good chats during the 100 mile tow. I would recommend this towing company again.
