Visited this shop 5 years ago and had a terrible experience over a simple state inspection. Front desk clerk was nice but the shop foreman was beyond rude, very unprofessional, and refused to inspect my vehicle and threatened to fail it without even inspecting it. Things may have changed since I was there but I do think people should know what can potentially happen. Save yourself the time and go to Caroline Garage. They know what it's like at Bud's Towing and they'll square you away.

Car on side of the bldg, drive ya car to the lot & charge $125.00. It's a trap. Sounds illegal, wasn't a tow, but had to pay.

DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. One of the worst customers service experiences i have ever had. The guy that was driving the towing truck was very polite and helpful. However, the woman at the office was very rude and had an attitude to match. The entire experience went from bad to worse when she refused to open the gates even after all feels had been paid. We had to leave our vehicle for an extra day (until Monday) and pay an extra fee because of it. Definitely would NOT recommend it.

I never had a problem with them. I always get my car inspected and if need any work done to my car I prefer to go to Bud's Towing they are very friendly and affordable to me. So I really appreciate Mark, Tammy and there son for all that they do for me if needed. Thanks again for y'all assistance.
