I was the only person in the store for a while and the sales associates were all talking with each other at the register, didn’t even come over to ask me if I needed help with anything. Will be going to the Westfarms location only from now on.

I recently came into Banana Republic the other night with my girlfriend to look for dress clothes for myself, and we were greeted by an employee named Reagan. She helped us find clothes that we were looking for, and if we couldn't, she suggested alternatives that actually turned out to be better choices! I felt terrible because we were there just after the store had closed, but she assured us that it was no problem at all, and that she wanted us to walk out of the store with what we were looking for. Her energy made the store a welcoming place, along with the other staff, and we'll be happily returning if we need to get anything else from there in the future. The store had what we were looking for, and it was well organized, although prices sometimes seemed a bit high for things that we could easily find elsewhere.

First time visit to the store was really mesmerizing. Staff were very appealing, addressable and helpful in finding out what I was looking for. Although, it has great collections few tend to be more repetitive in design was looking for more in style. Prices seemed to be bit expensive compared to others in the market zone. Overall, it was a great shopping experience at Banana Republic.
