Better prices, by 10 cents, up route 5 in East Windsor at Sunoco & Mercury. The CC reader wasn't working so you had to prepay a fixed amount. Why he couldn't hold the card and close it out at the end is beyond me. Getting a receipt showing gallons and total $'s for expense report was difficult at best. Solution, fix the CC reader and get someone behind the counter with a better attitude and gray matter. ~Steve

The service was good they made the sandwich well the restaurant was clean. It's just that... It's a subway and I'm always in doubt of the meat and it's quality. Maybe I ate here because it was a long time since I've eaten at a subway? Out off no fault to this store it's 3 stars. If only subway had better quality meats. ~Vincent

I was so impressed today with the customer service I received. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. I purchased a bunch of beautiful, flawless looking maternity clothing for a steal. I am 5 1/2 months along and my regular clothes were not working anymore. For just over $200 I got just enough pieces to last me through the whole summer. Everything is in perfect condition, and it felt great to not spend a fortune on items I’ll just be wearing for a few months. ~Haley

I was the only person in the store for a while and the sales associates were all talking with each other at the register, didn’t even come over to ask me if I needed help with anything. Will be going to the Westfarms location only from now on. ~Nicky

I can't thank Tony enough for the incredible level of customer service I received. None of my dress shirts fit after not having to go into the office during the pandemic. So when I found out I had a business trip and needed all new dress shirts, I ended up running around to different department stores trying on dozens of shirts to find something that fit. Well, nothing fit my awkward body size just right (6ft 165lbs) at any of those stores. Finally I decided I needed to go see the people who do this for a living. Tony took my measurements, had me try on a few different shirts to confirm we had it just right, and found shirts that I never would have noticed but absolutely loved. I can't thank him enough for being patient with me and helping me find some truly nice shirts. 10/10 experience! ~Chris

Every time I come here, I have a friendly employee that can help me find what I’m looking for and suggest other products that work for me. They are very knowledgeable and helped me find skincare that was great for oily skin, and hair care products as well. Their return policy is very generous, although I rarely have to return anything. The selection is great, they have a little bit of everything. The only thing I wish they had more of was haircare, it only takes up a few shelves in the corner with limited brands. ~Heidi
