Best womens clothing store in South Windsor, Connecticut (CT) 2024

I was so impressed today with the customer service I received. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. I purchased a bunch of beautiful, flawless looking maternity clothing for a steal. I am 5 1/2 months along and my regular clothes were not working anymore. For just over $200 I got just enough pieces to last me through the whole summer. Everything is in perfect condition, and it felt great to not spend a fortune on items I’ll just be wearing for a few months. ~Haley

I was the only person in the store for a while and the sales associates were all talking with each other at the register, didn’t even come over to ask me if I needed help with anything. Will be going to the Westfarms location only from now on. ~Nicky

**** Negative One Star*** Unwelcoming, rude and unprofessional. This place was absolutely racially profiling against minorities. My husband and I (African American/Asian) upon walking in the ladies gave us a blank stare. No greetings. But followed us around the store and not saying a word to us. Yet a male associate who appears to be the manager. Was at the checkout counter. Clearly Ignored us while we waiting in a line for at least 5-10 mins it was ONLY US at the checkout. He was chatting with his coworkers and purposely ignored us. Finally another cashier helped us. And when another customer got in line He immediately rung them up without hesitation. Both my husband and I are very much educated and career oriented professionals. Today’s experience was despicable and disgraceful especially for a retailer that has multi cultural products in their store. Corporate offices will be contacted by Monday morning. ~Santala

I went in on a Saturday for a suit to my Thursday interview. Anna was immensely helpful. She immediately found the slacks in my size, but could not locate a blazer if the same size. She tried a size up and acknowledged it was too big. She proceeded to call two other stores and found the blazer I needed and placed it on hold for me. Two days later I received a card from her wishing me luck on my interview. She truly went above and beyond. I will return to shop at Talbots because of her. ~Ashley
