I was so impressed today with the customer service I received. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. I purchased a bunch of beautiful, flawless looking maternity clothing for a steal. I am 5 1/2 months along and my regular clothes were not working anymore. For just over $200 I got just enough pieces to last me through the whole summer. Everything is in perfect condition, and it felt great to not spend a fortune on items I’ll just be wearing for a few months.

Someone please explain what I'm missing. I brought in a Brand New Mark of New York Jacket. They offered me $8. I paid $150. Rejected a new Ralph Lauren wrap. Wool with fur collar. Said they would have taken it last week but now too late. Winter started a week ago. Rejected brand new Unisa boots. Said they were fall boots. What they offered me wouldn't have covered the used cotton t-shirt I was planning to buy. I get the business model. I owned a very successful furniture consignment store for years in Massachusetts. But this place just doesn't add up

Hi, I would just like to preface this by saying I have never and would never give someone who is just doing their job a hard time. I’ve also never left a review on a business, good or bad. My experience going into Clothes Mentor tonight (Dec. 20, 2021) was that shocking. Back round info: I have sold 5 items to Clothes Mentor, on 3 separate occasions, a brand new YSL bag (with the tags still attached), a Louis Vittion floral wallet, a Louis Vuitton backpack, as well as a Gucci bag. Never once did I have a bad experience. All of the workers were super professional. The owner even gave me her business card if I ever wanted to contact her personally to sell another bag. (I have since lost her business card.) I stopped in Clothes Mentor tonight on my way home just to see have them take a look at a few items. (A brand new pair of black boots with tags attached, a pair of jeans, a pair of sneakers, and a Free People suede jacket) Right off the bat the woman behind counter was extremely dismissive of me. (Her name tag said assistant manager, I don’t remember her name) She was shockingly rude to me the entire time we were discussing the items I brought in. I can go into detail about exactly what was said if anyone in their management needs me to. I left the store with all my items. I would also like to say the only other employee in the store (a girl around my age) had nothing to do with this interaction. She was really nice and professional.

Crooks when it comes to purchasing your merchandise!! I took their pennies in hopes someone else.can benefit. Hope the customers are getting great deals if not they are lining their pockets big time. New merch with tags they pay like it was from a donation bin. Sellers BEWARE

I went to sell clothes today and Fran was quiet rude. Very poor customer service. Will not be back again. Offered me $3 for a nice blazer and $3 for a brand new Loft dress. Again, I will not be returning after the lack of customer service.

Called in to check on how there store policies work. The woman I spoke to was very polite very informative. They stop taking buys at 6pm —for your information. Extremely long wait times. Roughly (2 hours) I suggest dropping off and doing errands and coming back. They do text you when they are done looking at your items. Really clean neat store. Very busy parking lot.
