Save your time and just call Verizon directly. Store reps seem to be motivated to service customers who will bring them commission. I came back to the store to get a shipping label they forgot to providee when I came in to upgrade. They put me in line behind customers that were going to take 30+ min to transact. While waiting for service, I was able to get the label emailed to me by call support, who took care of me in less than 5 minutes... While the service rep who claimed she would try and get a single label printed, I couldn't understand what the hold up would have been since I'm the account owner and had them sign me in with my phone number. Eventually they got me a label and box. Just wish there could have been a self service option since I don't have a shipping label printer at home. Seriously though, if you can do it online or over the phone, take that path. The people in front of me walked out before being helped. Would be cool if you could sign in online and get a message when your appointment will occur/when to come in order to not wait around for a while.

A colossal waste of time. I ordered phone and accessories on line for in store pick up. Site said store will notify me by email when ready in a few hours. Four hrs later i decided to drive 10 miles to the store for pick up. A staff immediately "checked" me in but no actual help for 15 minutes. I figured i have to wait for the 3 staff busy with customers but then 3 more staff comevfrom out back somewhere. A guy finds 3/4 items i ordered then says he has to cancel my order and reorder so i can get a different phone case because they didnt have the one i ordered but failed to notify me. Process designed to be efficient ends up being a chaotic mess and after an hour of waiting and no answers i walked out and cut my losses. Do not go here. Unorganized and inefficient and a total waste of time. Go at your own risk but youve been warned.

As a past Verizon employee I was disgusted when sales rep Justin was making changes to my plan, add ons and even selected a different iPhone storage capacity compared to the one I wanted, all without discussing it with me. Dealt with this kind of stuff all day long in customer service. His response was “I thought you needed this”. Verizon’s shady sales tactics is the reason they have lost the #1 carrier spot, and I most likely will be switching carriers in the next month or so. Especially at a time of inflation where people can barely afford their bills… this is pathetic.

Have proper notes on who comes in, with whom they are checked in and what the discussion was so the follow up appointment is about. Or atleast have someone at the front who has patience to listening. Or better, shut down the store. Saves us a lot of time driving here!

Difficult for the GPS to locate. Nice store, but with a 40 minute wait on a Tuesday morning was not something I was willing to do even though I was willing to spend $1,000 on a new phone.

No stars at all this is the absolute biggest joke of a store I too was invisible, walked up to customer service rep he looked right through me like I wasnt even there I'm gonna spread the word of this atrocity of a store they made mad me feel like I was worth less than a piece of trash but jokes on them I have reach all over this country and abroad

Excellent customer service! I walked in about 5:45pm - store was packed with customers. I was greeted by John within a few seconds of arriving, explained I was there for my iphone and he offered a solution within 30 seconds - if that. Thank you, John for such excellent customer service and being professional.
