My old iphone had a black screen. No matter what I did I couldn’t get it to work. Frantically I went to Cromwell Ct store. Kyle was my savior. Not only was he very knowledgable he reassured me he would do everything possible to restore my phone. Unfortunately because I’m an electronic dummy I hadn’t backup my phone. I don’t know what he did but he was able to restore so much of my data. He was patient, very patient. Kyle explained and answered every question(there were many)!!! Because of Kyle we purchased 2 new IPhone 13, iPad and other accessories and switched to unlimited data. If he hadn’t spent so much time explaining and answering our redundant questions we would not have purchased what we did. Kyle is an asset to Verizon and we will recommend the Cromwell store to our friends and family.

I've been going to this location for as long as I've lived in Berlin/Cromwell which is a long time. I've always received amazing customer service here, never have had any issues. I worked with Jaylun who helped me in so many ways! He was extremely knowledgeable about the current deal going on, told me about my plan and what would change to it and what options I had. He was very professional! My sister ended up wanting to get a new phone as well and Jaylun helped us both. The phone we both wanted wasn’t in stock, he ordered it for us online and we went back two days later to transfer everything from our old to new phones.
