The store opens very late. Employees come in late and keep customers waiting out for more than 30 minutes it's a hurt mess right here everyone driving out taking their business somewhere else. The thin it's a dollar store but most of us come here because it's the closest store to us at this point they are not serving the neighborhood or community

I will never go back to the store. The cashier was extremely rude, (she claim to be the manager) I called to complain and no one answered. I made a complaint online and requested a call back. No one have call yet.

I won't be going back to this location. I went a few days ago and they were closed at around noon. I walked to the location again this morning and the system was down. Cash only(I never carry cash.) 2 weeks ago I bought hair clippers and socks and the cashier didn't remove the theft detector. I don't know what I did with the receipt now I have brand new socks that I can't wear unless I grow 10 more legs and feet.

I did not come here to interact with the staff. I do not care if they are nice to me.I do not care if they smile and wave or throw confetti when I walk through the door. I just want toilet tissue. The clerk was on her phone most of the time and gossiping the rest of the time. I did not care. She checked me out I went home and I had toilet tissue. Thats all that matters. The store was neat clean and an employee was moping before closing.

I shall get this store off then.. I went in for some masking tape for a painting project and they didn't have it in stock. I went to the clearance bin with several items deeply discounted and found an item marked 25 cents when it was a pay she asked me for $2.12 she called the manager up but then said oh never mind if you're not gonna take it for $2.12 I don't need him I said if you're not gonna honor the price then I would like to speak with him. The manager arrived and said oh it's not scanning at the price it's marked so I cannot honor it I don't know who put the tag onput the tag on it. There were several of these items in the Clearance area. I left the store without the item and I'm highly disappointed in Family Dollar which is a sure I normally shop Regularly. I will likely not Shop here again if they don't want to honor the prices and I'm sure they will lose many many sales for me

They were rushing people to get out at 8:50 when it says they close at 10 not only that but they didn’t give me the correct change and before I was on checkout I over heard a conversation with a customer that had given a $20 bill instead of $10 and was given the incorrect amount of change and both employees said that the drawers didn’t show any type of difference from what the system says.
