Came in for an oil change and used car advise for the first time. Everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond to get me situated in my mind at ease. Abby Brandon and Anthony all stepped up and did a superb job. bravo!!! once again great service!!!

I got there at 7:00 when it opened to only get air in my tire. I was told to come back at 8:00 when the tech arrived. Came back at 7:45 and the sane person that told me to wait had me pull into a bay. He asked me which tire. I didn't know since the indicator only shows low tire. Air was put in my tire however I didn't understand having to come back later for the same person to put air in my tire. Poor customer service

Best experience at this Pep Boys due to level of Customer Service that I received from the (Store Manager) Trey at the very beginning; I called earlier in the morning to inquire about replacing/installing my passenger side mirror and Trey was kind as he showed a genuine concern… As a woman, this means a lot and because of the telephone encounter, I felt comfortable enough to visit this location for further assistance. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and Trey did what was necessary to assist me with the mirror install. Thank you so much and I’d highly recommend to anyone, especially women! 😊

I will never go to pep boys again. I took my car in because the coolant light came on and the speed sluggish. They told me 119.00 for diagnostics and I waited three day and didn't hear from them so I stopped by there and they said that code read a lot of things. And it had major transmission issues . I towed it home and got home looked under the hood and the coolant cap was off they did not check my car at all they didn't even put coolant in the car. 119.00 they should have put some in it.

I purchased tires online and scheduled an 8am appointment for installation of the tires . Upon my arrival into the store , I was greeted immediately by Pepboys employees and in particular , Mr Howard B. Howard processed my online order and was very professional and courteous. He even went out of his way to let me see the tires that I order before they were mounted. In approximately one hour and fifteen minutes or less , they installed 4 new tires balanced them and did an alignment on the front passenger side wheel. This was by far the best customer service that I’ve experienced in any tire store.. I will conduct my business there moving forward.
